I have a hard time believing it was nothing more than murder because, as far as I know, the murderer doesn't want to die with the victim in most cases. There is no way that I know of to drive yourself off a cliff with someone and not most likely die as well as that other person on purpose for a murder.
I think it was murder. What doesn’t make sense is: they were fighting in the car, on the front seats I guess because one was driving. But the dead twin was found at the back seat 🤔. Is it possible that she flew to the back during the accident? And that kind of accident, how did the other twin just come out with minor injuries? 🤔 And then she tries to flee. I think that it was a murder-suicide. Since Alison was dressing like Ann, and the whole being abandoned thing probably triggered something, as you guys said. So that makes me think that she killed her sister and was trying to kill herself so that no one could take Ann away, but also wouldn’t have to live without her. The truth may never be known, but Alison will have to live with what has happened for the rest of her life.

I am simply guessing obviously but I do vaguely remember hearing about this. I think she told her sister she was going to drive off the cliff & kill them or her sister. The sister that was the passenger then tried to fight for her life! But we'll never know. Even if 👦one contacts the dead twin, she probably will not say if her sister killed her? I am not sure if she would? Spirits in heaven do not hold grudges. They love & forgive very easily!
