@@_Myrhl yeah, its from the Frost Walker enchantment on boot. It's not in the creative menu.
You can get it from command and from armor stand on water with frost walker boots
You can place cobweb to move even slower

You can move even slower with a couple extra effects, spider webs, water flowing against you, the bow drawn, crouching. It can get very very slow 😂

the last ice reminds me of the ice made from frostwalker boots. Also, add cobwebs to the soulsand for extra slow.
Edit: Ya I thought it was that type of ice. That sugar cane thing was added a while after the enchantment was introduced. Those boots used to ruin farms and redstone waterways. I think they ended up removing that feature before they officially released the enchant.
Ice made from frost walker boots are called
tile.frosted.ice or something like that, it’s called frosted ice and can’t be obtained from the creative menu.
put soul sand on ice, then put cobwebs on top, use a slowness potion and hold shift and try to move. Bam you can't move at all

Slowest is blue ice below sole sand with cobwebs. crouch and hold a bow.
You can move even slower if you put cobweb above the soul sand and use a potion of slowness

Cobweb won't make any difference when you have soulsand + ice underneath I've tested it out. Not sure about the slowness effects.

I knew the 4th ice was from frost walker, could not recall it's name. I think the reason why blue ice gives off a bit of light is because of how ice refracts light. Unless in a vacuum of total darkness, there is usually some light source, even a slight reflection of an outside source, can be enough for ice to refract it, there by increasing its intensity even a minuscule amount. However, for the game I think they did it so that the bottom of icebergs are not Subnautica "deep dark deep down" levels of dark. Which would be terrifying and a bit out of place in Minecraft.

What if you Move on SoulSand on top of Ice while crouching and aiming a crossbow and having a water source on the opposite direction that you're moving in

There is a chance for an iceberg to be made completely of blue ice. That is the easiest way to get it because it's on the surface and easy to mine. I don't know the chance tho.

Fact 17: No vanilla multiplayer makes is ice selling a stable income. A shame bescuause this is the only renewable solid transparent block that i know of.

@@Legendary7CR Yes any block also F3 + C will save your location and you can use that to do it for a certain block just press F3 + C not hold or you'll crash MC
