I never seen any country whose people’s make a mess of the beautiful place by throwing garbage, spitting here and there. so Govt need to charge the public to keep it clean. Don’t complain about everything, try to be little sensibl and take part in Bharat’s progress.
What is my fault if other people make the place dirty. Why should I, who never even spit in public pay for it. There should be strict laws for those who spit, throw garbage. Otherwise they'll never stop doing this.
