@DestinationArkansas thanks so much! That cave housing a spring makes a lot of sense given what we saw there. It was very awesome indeed to be able to walk in river beds and other places that are usually underwater.
@@Billwithjourneybeyondoverland indeed ! Will definitely tag along for a night or 2 if you ever do make it this way ! I can definitely show you some spots as well!
@goldenopticsoutdoors so glad you enjoyed it! Missouri looks like it has some great gems, and, as Bill said, we would be happy to look you up when we make it to Missouri someday.
Welcome to the Ozarks! Dry riverbeds and washes aren't what we would typically expect in Arkansas, but the dry year made the trip all that more unique. Thanks for joining us!
@@PapawGrandmaAdventuresit reminded us a lot of Kentucky. I'm sure with the water levels more toward normal, it would be a unique kind of adventure indeed.
Looking forward to a return trip that includes seeing the water falls!
The cave at the 8 minute mark is actually a spring that feeds into the creek during the rainy season. But it is usually under water. Great video.

Great video! While the water crossings are typically one of hallmarks of the Ozark trail system… yall got a unique perspective!
@AdventuresOfRogersAndHenderson unique indeed! One day I'm sure we will go back to (hopefully) find some deep water crossings and waterfalls.
Ever come to Missouri hit me up ! I love it !

How many people break 6 bones in their foot, than take the time to ask a spider how he's doing! LOL, that's my wife!
The Ozarks look to be an amazing adventure.
