    Thanks Mike , we got 1 1/2 of snow yesterday and I’m so over it already . Didn’t look like you had snow this video .Glad you take care of your customers, just don’t expect them to notice it . Thanks again .

    Yes I would order parts for a full service equipment and get all air filters or just oil filters and no one really seemed to care just send back we will get you right ones .

    Hi Michael and great videos. Could you tell me where the flexible rubber couplings like SGF one go into a Ponsse or any other Machinery like excavators goes? Also, are they need to be replaced quite often?

    It seams to me like maybe the last 2 years it's been getting worse with parts stores & people. It seems like if you can talk & have a pulse they hire you. The young understandably don't have the experience or knowledge & the older generation of parts store guys are just riding the clock so to speak on retirement. So the end solution I don't know what's to become. That's the part the customers don't understand as to why it takes so long to get their equipment back.
