But there are actual human beings called intersex who are either biologically male with female genetics and organs, or female with male organs. How would you react or interact if one of them entered the mosque ?

Why cant you after eating onions/garlic, brush your teeth. maybe change your clothes and put some perfume on. Then goto the masjid?
