If I’m not clear I meant that the hilt should be on the right shoulder which is the case, but the blade part should be facing upwards. From what I see in the video the blade part seems to be facing down which doesn’t make sense since he draws his sword with his right hand?
They are extremely loose another reason why I didn't like Zaraki as much as others and the hair is super spiky and sharp so it's a pain in the ass to push them on

You have to push it in all the way, it happened to me to. Just make sure the pegs are connected and fully pushed in
