Look up "The Contest". The characters on the cartoon they watch at the start wear the same outfits as these characters.
Both shows were made by the same company, so they share a lot of the same voice actors and crew

From Lulu and Tubby making a snow ball fight to the episode about love. And why is Lulu so bothered about "Lulu loves Tubby?" Just laugh it off sister.
After the snowball war's over when they got stuck in the snow, you've forgot to say "Goodbye" to Tubby and those boys, Lulu, you too, girls.

This is my thing back in the day.
When Tubby tried to see saw the snowball at the girls, it reminded me of Wile Coyote's attempt to go after the Road Runner.
The entire episode "Picnic Pirates" revolves around male nudity and it's hilarity. We have young girls laughing at nude boys as if its completely acceptable.
Reverse the genders, and you'd have people calling the show "sick" and claiming the writers are "perverted pedophiles".
They are pedos, research the names attached to these and their associates, it's pretty easy to find the truth.
This use to be on every morning at 6 am or 5 pm on HBO. My memories :)
Picnic Pirates: Differences from original: (not an exaustive list)
- Some dialogue is removed from the beginning
- In general, non-vital lines are removed
- Gloria and the straight-haired girl go instead of the twin girls
- They slam the door in Tubby's face
- They go out the window instead of the front door, so Tubby hears of the picnic from behind a bush beside Lulu's house instead of a box beside the sidewalk
- Iggy and Willy are playing a card game before Tubby comes instead of doing nothing
- The clubhouse has a door
- "I know what direction they're going!" changed to "They went this way!"
- The boys bump into each other when they stop
- "Indian style" changed to "Spy style", probably to avoid racism
- Iggy doesn't punch or try to attack Tubby when he says that they flattened him out
- Tubby says they the girls will probably have their picnic by the lake instead of Willy
- Tubby has the idea to swim across instead of Willy
- Tubby tells Iggy to stay instead of Willy telling Iggy to stay
- Iggy finds the other rowboat before the scene switches to the island instead of in the middle of the island scene
- Annie doesn't get hit by an apple falling from the apple tree
- Annie doesn't need help to climb up the tree
- Straight-haired girl tells Annie to not climb instead of Lulu telling Annie
- Annie isn't scratched up when she comes down from the tree
- Willy and Tubby are completely naked instead of wearing shorts
- "After him, girls!" changed to "Get him, girls!" (Annie said "Get 'im" in the original)
- The girls rough up Iggy and hold him on the tree instead of making a straight dog-pile on him
- "Show us where it is!" changed to "Girls - I have an idea. Show us where the rowboat is!"
- Lulu says "Those aren't rags! Those are Willy's and Tubby's clothes!" instead of Iggy saying it
- Scene where two women see Tubby and Willy naked behind bush is added
- Lulu tells Tubby and Willy that Iggy knows where the clothes are instead of Iggy telling them that he knows where the clothes are
- The girls find the picnic basket before Lulu tells them to go to the island instead of after
- Annie checks the basket instead of Lulu
- Annie says "Wow! They didn't touch anything!" instead of Lulu
- Annie says "I guess they were too worried about their clothes!" instead of one of the other girls
- Annie check the basket when they put the picnic blanket down instead of immediately when the find the basket
- Brief scene showing the boys climbing the tree is added
Tubby is sometimes being traitor to Lulu :-[

Wow I don't remember this modern version of Little Lulu at all, I grew up watching those old 40s theatrical shorts on VHS tape compilations.
Also LOL at how in this theme song they changed "Though you're wild as any Zulu and you're just as hard to tame" 'cuz that's fucking racist.
