I reset the textures with nraas debug enabler! in live mode, just click the counter > nraas > debug enabler > options: [counter name] > object... > reset textures > this object. it's a bit annoying, but do that for all of them and you'll be able to customize them

How did you get those Bayside Island Counters to work properly? Is that some CC someone did to make the textures function properly?
