OMG they really gathered my bias and two main wreckers here! What a cozy episode, too short though. Yunho's red ears are so cute, Hongjoong is always so well-spoken and articulate, and of course, Wooyoung was the star of this episode with the meal he prepared, he looks so cool while cooking!

Yeah, he made seaweed seafood soup from scratch on one of the recent wanteez episodes. They all were basically just having a fun vacation time on the coastline. 😊❤😊
(I was thinking of making it so I wrote down the ingredients so here’s the recipe if other people want to try.)
Spam Gochujang jjigae
1 oyster mushroom
1 onion
1 scallion
2 chili peppers (let’s not)
4 diced potatoes
2 cans of spam
3tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp perilla oil
2 spoonfuls gochujang (1 for me. . .)
4 tbsp anchovy sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 spoonfuls of garlic
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp gochujang powder (that’s already too spicy 😭)
1. Chop mushroom, onion, scallion, pepper, potatoes, and spam.
2. Put potatoes in a bowl of water to remove starch.
3. Put the sesame and perilla into the pan as well as the gochujang. Fry to the point it’s almost burnt then add water.
4. Let it boil.
5. Put potatoes and anchovy sauce in.
6. Add onion and mushrooms. Once cooked, add spam and the chili peppers.
7. Add soy sauce.
8. Add garlic
9. Add sugar
10. Add gochu powder
11. Let it simmer.
12. If it’s too bland, add more soy sauce. If too salty, add more sugar.
Garlic fried rice
Lots of garlic. (The more the better from my experience.)
1/2 scallion
Some butter. (He did not say but just use your eyes and put however much you think is right. I never measure anyways)
1. Pat garlic dry with paper towel. (I never do that)
2. Chop the scallion.
3. Fry scallion and garlic in butter. Wait for the garlic to be like a bit gold-brown. The fried rice sucks when it isn’t.
4. Add rice. Left over rice is the best for fried rice.
Edit: it’s delicious but it’s already very spicy without the Gochujang powder so I just couldn’t bring myself to add it. The garlic rice really elevates the flavor of the soup and I also added tofu.
Oooo, thanks for the experience of it as well. Yeah, tofu with this sounds great. I might stir fry some noodle for it instead. I love both garlic rice and noodles. 😊❤😊

Did YH is shy person and he get shy easily?? I noticed his ears are red so easy every time he get shy and when people praise him about his good look, good personality and his talent, he just say thank you and deny that he good at everything. He really humble
