The reason Karina isn't here is because the episode would be 50 minutes of Karina and DBI roasting Jacob and no one else would be able to speak-
She was busy working at Wookey Hole
also, half of every sentence that everyone else says, she would constantly say "TOS"
and that sounds like a lot of work.
@@DeepBlueInk Wookey Hole, the rival of Hucky Hees
And I'd watch every second of it
Didn't realize how much I needed this
I love that DBI had full control over the results of his showdown with Jacob, and unapologetically awarded himself a flawless victory.
I think lying would've been rude
@@DeepBlueInk Well, to be fair.... You did give him the draw in a previous animation so... it works out.
I'm in love with the spirit of Jacob horse power
@@DeepBlueInk I love the subtle Creator Clash refs too XD
We meet again haha
julia pretending to not know what england is is the most french she's ever been
Seven Years War grudges go hard.
Wait a minute and she French I don't know. I kind of busy with my own life right now so I don't have time to keep track of this stuff
@someonenew776 yeah she's mentioned it in a few other drawfee episodes. Well maybe it's more accurate to say her family is French. I think her grandma still lives in france.
@@Notbatman374I think she has dual citizenship as well
@@Notbatman374 well thank you for letting me know
I love that when he says "draw us some mascots" Jacob and Nathan hold a notebook and Julia holds sculpting tools hahaha
Because he knows if this were a speed draw episode Julia would 100% just carve one out of a 10 foot marble block instead.
You are right! 😍 I didn't see it at first!
Wallace Luigi all over again XD
I always love all of the little details he adds to everything, like how the sun had Julia's Bobby Hill's face.
the jacobhorse at 1:19 has a special place in my heart
DeepBlueInk did not need to pop off so hard on the intro, but by god he delivered and us fans have truly been fed.
Aaaaaa thank you! ❤
@@DeepBlueInk no thank YOU! :D
Rewatching to catch those subtle details--- like Julia's hammer and chisel when you say draw!
@@ZelKwin exactly! That was my favorite.
@@DeepBlueInk I have watched the intro several times and i keep spotting new things, jacobhorse, julia ready to sculpt, karina in the wookie suit - amazing work dude!
1:13 the detail of DeepBlueInk not having a scratch on him while Jacob got his ass kicked is so funny
That ✨ shine ✨
My favorite lil detail is what Julia pulled out instead of a notebook when Blue first mentioned the prompt. 💀
I truly hope Gays Creamery ends up with a confusingly large amount of people traveling there for Cheesy Steves. It sounds so lovely.
I have a friend moving to the UK and I’ll be visiting her when she does. I’m making plans of touristy things to do there. I’m now planning to go out of my way to visit this store and try a Cheesy Steve. I’ll be travelling from Australia lol.
And darling, I WILL be one of them
next time i go down south for a holiday i'm making my way to Gays Creamery
I keep eyeing the train prices to get to Devon like „one day. One day I will reach Dawlish. And the Cheesy Steve shall be mine“ but in the meantime I simply mope, desolate
I know it was months ago, but even now, if you google search "cheesy steve" the first result is now for Gay's Creamery. Confirmed it on another computer that had not watched this, JUST in case google tracked that specifically.
I can't believe they FORCED deepblueink to animate THE ENTIRE episode AGAINST HIS WILL
then they put him OUTSIDE in the RAIN with no FOOD or WATER
@@wolfieolfie if you're cold, he's cold 😿
Na, they didn't have to. He just used his dark magic to make them into his cartoon puppets and recorded them. Expedited the process.
@@mymymooncat put him in the microwave
Does it hurt the car,
I'm so glad that DeepBlueInk has added Britain to the Drawfee lore and we now officially exist as fans.
You can come back to EU as well, if you bring drawfee with you
Big mad Fulham got officially Drawfee canonised before, like, Arsenal or Liverpool
God bless DeepBlueInk for willing us all into existence in Drawfee lore
I'm half-British, and this is amazing news for me. I was see-through for so long...
A tragedy for the French
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING ME ON GUYS!
Can't wait to finally get knighted for this one
HELL YEAH THATS AWESOME
i beat you to the first comment heheheh
(nah for real tho, you're amazing)
The collab I’ve been waiting for
HOLY GUACOWMOLY BATMAN!
THE MAN DID IT!
At the very least you should get a lifetime supply of Cheesy Steves
Julia having a sculpting hammer and chisel instead of paper and pencil at 2:43 is so on brand! DeepBlueInk makes such perfect choices!
"So, I started trying a few stylistic ideas, but it didn't really make justice to what a mascot looks like. So I learned how to sew one!"
Deepblueink: I thought I had a neutral accent.
Also Deepblueink: Naur.
🙃
As an Australian who hates this meme: I feel very vindicated by listening to a Brit who *does* actually talk like that
There are two villages in Poland named "Niebo" and "Piekło" which translates to Heaven and Hell respectively. It's also common that roads between small towns or villages are often in very bad condition. Lately it became a meme when news hit: "People in Heaven demand better road to Hell".
This is delightful.
I cannot thank you enough for teaching us that, that's fucking hilarious.
they gotta call in Chris Rea and AC/DC for construction work
this is incredible news
lmao I’m from Poland and I never heard that
“That’s very kind, to presume how i feel about you, Jacob”
Is such a savage response to - we’re friends now😂
I love it
"Don't imagine anything difficult to animate!" DBI says while going absolutely Julia-mode on the animation anyway.
As a follow up, it would be hilarious to draw Australian town mascots: we have bangers such as Wagga Wagga, Wee Waa, Greg Greg, and Dead Cat Gully.
Is dead cat gully a mascot or a place?
Don't Australian towns famously have giant landmarks associated with them? Like a 60ft loo roll (idk) . I'd like drawfee to have a drawf of that.
aussie town names often are just aboriginal words so idk if that would be super respectful, french town names on the other hand are just as bad as british ones and unless you pick the towns with actual appropriate names theres no risk of being disrespectful
They can always go hard with Whales town names. Never forget Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.
Tom Price..
I can't believe they locked Karina out of the apartment and forced her to eat Barton's beans!
Karina wasn’t present because she found the dead Barton 🙏 she must now become the next Bean Sized Mascot, rip in peace 🤘😔
I can’t believe it either!
Karina-in-a-Chewbacca-costume
I love all the lore in the comments for why hosts are missing from episodes. 😂
And then made her render Nathan's drawing! Someone get Karina out of the basement!!
It’s so surreal to see the intro being fully animated. It’s like I’ve been thrown into a different universe with only slight changes.
Hey, that intro? The whole intro? Wow. When I saw everyone introduce themselves as DeepBlueInk's animated characters I cheered
i love the way everyone’s voice becomes slightly less unhinged when there’s a guest
Also Karina’s not here 😂
Nathan quietly realizes he doesn't want to draw hundreds of beans and changes their size
If each of them were to draw a representation of regret Nathan would pretend this wasn't it and draw something else
I can relate
@@HelloThere-cz9ti ...can you?
@@Sqwidiot happened to me, but it was coins
@@HelloThere-cz9ti OH jesus yeah, that's worse than beans
This feels like when a beloved cartoon show gets its first full feature length movie lmao. It's so surreal to see a normal Drawfee episode fully animated DeepBlueInk style
I can’t believe there is so much animation on this clip.
I’m LOOSING IT over the Bishop of Itchington bit. Because there was, in fact, a religious thing where people would wear super itchy horsehair undershirts as an offering. Those were the original scapulars, nowadays they’re usually more of a felt necklace the size of a postage stamp.
It’s just. Entirely possible. That the bishop of itchington was, in fact, very itchy.
I wanna know what kind of freaky mountain nightmares we found back in the day bc the state of what specifically abrahamic god wants is whatever the opposite of a hinge is
Was gonna say, when my mum went to school in the 1960s the Jesuit priest who taught her science wore one! He also, she found out later, sometimes wore a cilice and practiced self-flagellation as a form of penance.
Despite all…that, a very thorough science teacher, and very supportive and encouraging of my mum when she was considering studying to become a doctor.
As a Member of Parliament, his full name and title were The Right Honorable William Wentworth FitzWilliam Dick of County Wicklow. He was also a member of the Privy Council of Ireland, and married a woman named Crookshank.
This guy had a lot of funny words in his life.
“The Right Honorable” is a peak douchebag self title
He married Hermione's cat?
The bit where Nathan and Jacob pull out sketch pads and Julia grabs a hammer and chisel is perfect Julia.
julia getting ready to sculpt in the intro while the other two pull out notepads is SENDING ME
When the gang introduced themselves and instead of portraits they were fully animated, it felt like watching The Movie version of your favorite cartoon, truly magical.
suddenly hearing how strong your own accent is in the middle of a conversation is a very relatable mini crisis
I've had the opposite happen where I was trying to learn Spanish so I was talking to some native Spanish speakers, and I was trying to be really conscious about my American accent, only to be told "You really don't have an accent at all. The way you speak is really neutral" it really threw me off.
The crossover we've all been waiting for
this is the best episode ever
I've always wanted Nathan on the show
Finally, british
This is so weird, seeing a Drawfee episode being animated in Deepbluink's style. Like, I know it's his whole thing, but this is different.
And him just roasting Jacob in the most subtle ways is pure gold.
I clicked this thinking it was a deep blue ink episode
Before it was fanon , now it is CANON
I wanna know how tall DBI is IRL if he frequently flatters himself in his own animations and yet still drew himself shorter than Julia
Julia is just that powerful
THE BOBBY HILL SUN FACE.
THE SHONEN JACOB HORSE POWER.
Incredible collab!!
DeepBlue abandons the bit because he doesn't remember details from seconds ago... Julia commits to a bit despite not remembering details from seconds ago... they are not the same.
I can't believe DeepBlueInk finally fought Jacob to the death on screen! It was so emotional 🥺🙏
They will both be replaced by more Nathans.
@@Archibaldh1pp0Too many Nathans, not enough Yaffes.
@@goombizdvorakkiewicz5226 Honestly would love to see Nathan’s brother guest on Drawfee since he’s also an artist.
And that JacobHorse is Jacob's stand
@@SailorCSH wait hasn't he already or am i misremembering
I'm pretty sure "28 days later but it's only happening in England" is the actual plot of 28 days later.
This is absolutely delightful, I'm so jazzed that DBI came in for an episode.
It wasn't explicitly told but seemed that way, yes.
Fun fact: The foreign language the helicopter pilot speaks at the end is Finnish. For a language spoken only by 5 million people it was rather surprising ...Well, atleast for me as a Finn.
It was also used as a "secret language" in Charlie's Angels, but the actors (Diaz, Liu, Barrymore) pronounced it so badly it was really hard to understand anything. Not that that was the point.
I'm guessing there happened to be a Finnish person in the crews of those films and they though "oh yeah, his language is really weird and obscure, let's ask him to write/speak a few lines!"
As a kid (I'm British) my brother and I would spend hours just looking through a road atlas searching for the funniest names. This is just the tip of the iceberg!
So did me and mine!!! ❤
Quaint little towns with the strangest filthiest names you can(‘t) imagine
I'm so used to DeepBlueInk's versions of the Drawfee crew that I didn't even notice that it was animated until the man of the hour actually showed up. Then I leapt out of my chair in excitement.
Same!
Same here!! I was eating and needed to pause the video not to choke on my food lol Got SO excited!
same hahhaha
My brain associates dbi with drawfee so hard I didn't connect the dots until I was reading the comments during the opening ads and lost my mind 😂😅
Yeah I was just going with it and then had the "Hey, wait a minute..." moment. Lol
DeepBlueInk was a chad for animating a whole 3 minute clip for the episode. This is such a good collab.
edit: lol the little karina in the corner of nathan's render
I THINK, I don't know but it feels like Karina was the one who rendered Nathan's drawing and that's why she's in the corner asking for money XD
@@DeinosDinosmy thoughts exactly lol
@@DeinosDinos I love how every time she renders Nathan's drawings, she adds that
Julia talking about the wine tour trying to get cider from the Briermere Farms pie shop unlocked a core memory that caused me to laugh so hard I stopped breathing.
OH MY GOD YOU WERE THERE?!
@@chrismanuel9768 I did not witness the Vibrating Cider Request Woman, but I have been waiting on that line for pie when her brethren have come
I am gladdened to learn this /pos
I love that Karina's in the Chewbacca costume in the intro.
Also, BRO, DBI AS A GUEST! It's such a fun idea! I didn't know if it could happen. I got so excited when I saw the thumbnail.
Karina's "Where's my money" on Nathan's render is just perfect
I got a good chuckle out of her in the Chewbacca costume during the intro section
@@poke-talia268 omg thanks, didn't even notice her shapes
Oh my god, I hadn't seen that! 😂😂😂
I cannot believe that jacob and deepblueink managed to stay in the same room for this whole episode without instantly beating eachother into fullbody casts offscreen
That was before the episode. This was recorded from the hospital.
I literally passed Barton-In-The-Beans this week to help my sister move to Itchington. There's nothing better than watching the SatNav when travelling round Britain.
There are so many great details in the animated intro but the Julia face sun is absolutely killing me jfc 🙃 Also Karina clearly being in the Wookie suit
i can't believe jacob and deepblueink put aside their feud to lock karina outside in only a chewbacca costume
Jacob's Barton-in-the-Beans voice is just his voice for any sad pathetic man in Elden Ring and i love the comparison
The delicious pettiness of that quick gleam on DBI when Jacob said "we're both bloody"
the power of this episode is such that i went to type "dawlish" into google and autocomplete immediately suggested "cheesy steve" ... what have y'all done
Karina screaming for money in the corner of Nathan's renders brings me so much joy
Karina as a Wookie is just hilarious! 😂
She looked angry to be in the wookey suit
@@Actiondanny I didn't think it'd be comfy in there
Jacob at 13:01 "you can do anything, even if it's stupid" was way too underappreciated in that moment XD

DBI really went in with his whole heart and soul on this intro. I can already tell this episode is going to be a certified banger.
Does anyone even know the guy's real name?!
put his entire inkussy into this ep
@Ian Rivers Probably Harry based on the amount of times Jacob said it
@@samueljacobson470 I didn't hear "Harry" once though
@@samueljacobson470 Also I need the guy's full name
I love that he gave Julia, who is famously amazing at drawing eggs, ovals, and other curved lines, Eggbear
I love the serendipity of Caldwell being the judge considering he's one of the 3 justices of the Supreme Crit in NADDPOD extras, well done DBI
Karina subtly hinting at the fact that she rendered Nathan's drawing
Holy crap I missed that at first glance. Lol
Love the payback of Blue having to animate an over complicated intro, like the rest of drawfee used to do to Jacob for Neusday.
Also, hearing DBI's real name felt like forbidden knowledge.
26:02 The creamery DBI mentions that sells Cheesy Steves has a sign above the door that says: "PROBABLY" The Best Ice Cream in Town!
Yes, the PROBABLY is in quotes and all caps.
*man born in the 1700s*
Jacob: he’s not gonna see this.
The Bobby Sun?!?!? DeepBlueInk's tiny touches continue to be so hilarious
I can't be stopped
@@DeepBlueInkI make it day, Dad...
Oh my god how did I miss that!? That’s amazing lmao
I got so excited when Nathan said that the beef was back on after they had settled the beef.
The beef was dead. But then the beef came back.
Ghost beef.
gheef
This is the banger episode Nathan wanted.
(Merobiba was the banger episode nobody knew they wanted, but everyone needed)
We all know DBI does fire animations, but DBI did a great job at bantering and keeping the energy up. Hope to see him (and other fan animators) on again!
The fact that he drew Julia getting ready to "draw" with a stone carving chisel and hammer is 100% Julia.
Suddenly the final screen of DBI’s last animation makes sense.
“Prepare to die, eggbear!!”
I so hoped somebody would have mentioned
Thank you for quoting Tales of Vesperia! Sent me on a nice little trip down memory lane!
As someone who grew up in a town of 2k people, 1 school is actually pretty accommodating. Like it only ends up being around 40 people per grade of school, pretty much perfect for 2 homeroom teachers per grade.
Yeah, I don't see the problem either. If you figure a pretty even population distribution by age, a town of 2000 people will have something close to 200 elementary school aged children. Maybe 300 if the town skews young. Thats perfectly normal for an elementary school.
@@dgthe3 Hell that's actually small compared to the school I went to for elementary.
DBI left the Esquire out of William Wentworth Fitzwilliam Dick, Esquire (of County Wicklow). It makes it even more British.
Also, here are some British place names he left out if anyone wants a repeat of the concept:
The Bastard, Butt of Lewis, Buttock, Little Cockup, The Devil's Arse, Pants, Bell End, Willey, The Bitches, Likham Bottom, Bottom Burn, Hen Poo, Bonar Bridge, Penistone, Twatt, Twatt (a different place), Wigtwizzle, Golden Balls, Greatbottom Flash, Cocking, Shitterton, Happy Bottom, Cock Bridge, Roger Moor, Butthole Lane, Shufflesheeps, Spanker's Hill Wood, Tickle Cock Bridge, Shitlington Common, and Dull. I could go on.
I can't help but wonder why and how these places got their names 😂
Roger Moor?! did they do that on purpose for the Bond actor or was that a coincidence. all of these are so good
I appreciate that he animated his social anxiety in there. He did not have to do that.
The transition from the introduction to the first drawing was IMMACULATE
As was the transition from the Twitch Stream to this ep!
I feel like you can feel DeepBlueInks nervous excitement and it just gave me all the good feels. Collab of the century.
My main takeaway from this episode is that when I eventually visit the UK, I absolutely must try a Cheesy Steve, and nothing else matters haha
“Bear comes from the German word Bär, which means Bear” 😂
This is like the Infinity War level crossover for drawfee fans 😂
Charles Xavier showing up in Multiverse of Madness
"You can do anything...even if it's stupid" feels like words to live by.
“He’s pulling off part of his face!”
“Ye!”
Glorious.
as a fan of drawfee for over 5 years now and a uk resident, i finally feel represented. i've felt alienated throughout over half a decade of viewing and now things have finally turned around for me!
Oh wow I've been watching for 5 years too and phrasing it as "half a decade" really is something!
It was so kind of DeepBlue Ink to meet with the Drawfee gang in one of the featureless flat fields that Akira Toriyama set all the Z era fights in.
Oh look! An endless void to congregate in!
I can't believe Jacob locked Karina outside because he was afraid Karina and DeepBlueInk would be too powerful...
It made me so happy to see the DBI style Drawfee portraits in the thumbnail, and the episode was just pure gold! He also has a very lovely accent, a joy to listen to.
There are many things that Jacob says that make me think we had similar interests in childhood, but I don't think there's ever been one more specific than "I made animations in PowerPoint in middle school". I used to love doing that.
My friends and I had a series of middle school PowerPoint animations that we'd work on whenever we hung out together. Sadly they have been lost to time, but I still remember how funny they were to us
I did this too! We used to make music videos with stick figures.
Same! I made star wars animations and even made some games on power point. Lovw that software
Yeah my friends and I used to do it too!
I used to use Hypercard for animations, way back in the early 90s.
"A savory sponge cake made out of cornmeal... and corn" is such a good description of cornbread.
The ANIMATED JACOB HORSE EFFECT I CANT!!! What an incredible crossover! Ty for all your animation work, DeepBlueInk !!🎉
I didn’t even notice it was a Jacob Horse until I read this comment, thank you lol!
Which episode did the Jacob horse originate?
i like that the most replayed part of this video is the very beginning because everyone absolutely did a double-take
I imagine a lot of people find Deep Blue Ink through Drawfee, but I actually found Drawfee through DBI! So grateful to have both of you in my feed. Thanks for the joy you add to the world.
Big same here! I love this guy's MBMBAM animations and then he introduced me to drawfee!
I learned about Drawfee when RUclips suggested the Julia learns Blender DBI. So DBI has contributed to their 2M crawl for sure (probably their 1M since I think it was just before then that I subscribed).
Same. I found DeepBlueInk through GameChanger, then I rediscovered him through Bug Hunter's music videos, then I found Drawfee from DeepBlue lol
Glad to see Jacob's beef with DeepBlueInk finally got resolved.
Unfortunately, Karina is not in this episode because her burning hatred of DeepBlueInk threatened to immolate the entire Drawfee studio.
Long live the new beef, available now at your local Orbee's.
orbeans
Wort’s the porblem?
I love that when they had their shounen boy anime fight, Jacob's spirit animal was a Noodly Jacob Horse
Having an episode of Drawfee that starts with an episode of Drawfee Animated is the ultimate collab! It's like a crossover episode, except unlike with most crossover episodes I actually like both things that are crossing haha
Nathan and Jacob pull out notepad and pencil. Julia gets a hammer and chisel. Another typical episode of Drawfee.
Can’t believe that DeepBlueInk and Jacob worked out their rivalry only for DeepBlueInk to start beefing with Karina. /s
No offense to DeepBlueInk but my favorite Drawfee animation is the one where they’re cultists in the woods and summon the Primordial Goof
love to see drawings based on WEIRD BAND NAMES! Examples: Less Than Jake, Bowling for Soup, Dananananakroyd, etc
DBI referencing other Drawfee animators makes me so happy! I love Arlo and WhatAlSaid and I’m so happy to hear them mentioned.
The intro was so good, among other things the Juliabobby sun in the background and Jacob having Jacobhorse as his stand cracked me up
The Jacob Hol-Horse
Stand name: "Horse With No Name," but changed for the English localization out of excessive IP concern but you can clearly hear they're saying "Horusu Wisu No Nemu" even though the sub says some awkward nothing like "HorsePower"
“Horse Divorce”
Someone should get this Deep Blue Ink guy his own youtube channel. He's funny.
The reason the south likes beans is that a lot of the early settlers in those regions were Scottish, Irish, or poorer English people. The beans are a carryover. On a related note, that's also why country music sounds a bit like British folk music - common ancestor.
Edit: I did powerpoint animations too back in highschool! They were terrible, because while I can draw, I am terrible at animating! :D
Gonna need to get DeepBlueInk back for an episode where y'all and him draw mascots for funny American town nanes
If one of the prompts isn't just a name from a different country
I can‘t believe they finally let Nathan in and turned Karina into Chewbaka!!!
This is such a good one and respect to DBI for that intro. I love the letter in "This is our most requested collab".... comedy gold!
Maybe the sequel to this could be Canadian place names. Newfoundland is known for having some interesting examples, like Come By Chance, Chimney Tickle, and of course Dildo. But there are a lot of other places, like Flin Flon (Manitoba), Saint-Louis-du-Ha! Ha! (Quebec, and yes the exclamation points are part of the name), and Punkeydoodles Corners (Ontario).
