Ah classic Saltmile. It was the first deck I took to my first massive competitive BCS at Texas. WAAAAY back when the first retrain of altmile dropped. Thanks for giving me a fantastic trip down memory lane with a really cool deck profile!
Solid deck profile! Love the fact that Benon can search Honoly xD. I remember G Era Sanctuary Guard days when it would search for Marron/Richard to SB1 to draw 1. The power plays. Nice high rarity G3 Atmiles too! Look really nice. I plan to make more History Collection profiles too. Looking forward to more from y'all as well!
Thank you for the kind words! The power plays indeed haha We are loving the History Collection deck building and crafting and cannot wait to put up more profiles 👍
Great list man, I haven't been too satisfied with my other Royal Paladin decks for Premium recently and Altmile was something that I considered but wasn't too sure with how to go about it. Love the fact that Benon can be used to access Honoly 😅Also the new Grade fixer promos are pretty sick, I like that the generic skill works perfectly for Altmile as well. Deck looks fun to play with plenty of toolbox like units which I do enjoy. I'll probably try this out and see where things go, looking forward to the History Collection shake up.
Thank you very much! Yeah I am a huge blast fan myself but I also love Altmile as well, trying to make him work in premium when I can, especially when new grade 2s come out. Definitely give the deck a try and see how you like it. Any thoughts or criticisms after testing is greatly appreciated. :)
Is there any chance that you would do another Brave deck profile for post history collection, I've been trying to make it work for a while but Im struggling to make anything that feels good, any advice would be appreciated
Hmmm I have been trying to work on a brave keyword Altmile deck post history collection and yes it is quite difficult since most of the current Royal Paladin support does not support the brave keyword nor has it. I plan to release a brave keyword vid in the future to show my ideas but currently I am not happy with my build. Once I test it more I will post a vid on it. As for any advice, try to build the brave deck with your finisher strategy in mind (mine being the fides stride that lets brave units hit if your opponent only guards with a single unit). Try to run units that allow multi attack like brave Suleiman and brave Livarot. Also if you can try to rush your opponent to high damage early on (3 to 4 damage preferably) so that way when you begin striding and multi attacking, your opponent will have less chances of getting a defensive against you, shutting down most of your multi attacking. I hope this helps a little. - James
@@TeamHAAM yeah that's the idea I have been working with, its just difficult to find that balance so far, but thank you for the advice, Ill be looking forward to the video when it releases :D
Have you figured out a way to deal with battle phase disruption? The deck's offense is pretty awesome, but I've been having trouble dealing with denial griffin style plays.
When I face a clan that I know has a sort of disruption for my field, I try to build my field or attack in a certain sequence to maximize my offense. For example when I facing Kagero, I know I can use my on attack skill before my rear guard gets retired with denial griffin. So I plan my attack pattern with that knowledge in mind. Another tactic I use is to bait out my opponent to use up their cards before I go for my big push turn. I try to make plays that makes my opponent think that it’s beneficial to use their disruption cards, only to realize that they should have held on to their cards for my future plays. It’s all situational and mind gaming of course but it’s been the best way I have figured out to deal with battle phase disruption. I hope this helps or made sense, I tried to write it out as clearly as I could. - James
@@TeamHAAM gotcha. I haven’t been running G Suleiman in my build, so many I should use more of those. I’ve been relying more on Saint of Twin Sword + Twin Sword + Cadafael, and that requires basically a full field haha. Suleiman doesn’t need a booster, so I should probably use that.
@@jacobjensen7704 Glad it made sense haha yeah G Suleiman is a really good attacker and if you use him, it also opens you to being able to use Albion for G era, since Suleiman is a brave unit and Albion doesn’t need a booster.
The idea with honoly is to use its new skill to remove itself from the game so that it’s effect only affects your opponent. If it remains on your field then yes it can affect your own multi attacks.
@@xavierchoo7799 The reason I cut V violinist is because I feel he doesn’t work with how Altmile post history is trying to work. V violinist needs you to have no face up damage to give boost to all 2s, which means that your grade 2s in the back row cannot boost until after your multi attacks are done. That counter acts with Twin Sword and Cadafael as they need CB to be able to do their skills. It is true that violinist does help with crystaluster’s condition but I personally felt he wasn’t good enough to run in the deck I put together in the end.
Love the deck profile! Thank you for reminding me of Benon -> Honoly, what an awesome combo. Can't wait for History Collection!
Glad you liked it! Yeah we cannot wait either :)
