Don’t use your tongue for low notes. Keep it low in your mouth. Breathe slow steady air. Also, use “warm” air to play the notes. Like when you breathe warm air into your hands when it’s cold outside. I hope this helps!

On the lower c try to like say Dough but in a deep voice in the recorder but not talk but blow and that's my method
