    That was very interesting about how to dress out and butcher a seal. Thanks for sharing that information.

    I love wild meat. We mostly eat deer and rabbit. I would love to go on a hunting trip with you guys. Your area looks so nice and isolated. Thanks for the video, keep the videos coming.

    Wow the meat is black. I am curious if it has a really strong flavour or a mild flavour? Very much appreciated for you showing us your life style.

    Mammaq 😋👍
    I saw you pulled the intestines. Do you use them as casing or just clean and eat ?
    We use sheep intestine as casing and we ferment part of them also to eat as a side dish with fermented fish.

      We clean and boil it along with the meat or mix it with salad. We also make mattak(whale skin) stuffed intestines from whale for special occasions. Thank you for tuning in!

    You don't save the blood for pudding? "Who got the kill shot?" in a soft voice! Made me laugh. Enjoyed the butchering . Sharp knife or soft ribs? Thanks for the video.

      Like a seal meat. Can't compare it to store bought food and that's why we crave for it

    Its incredible the amount of fat they have.. Thanks for sharing

    • @dannynielsen2
      @dannynielsen2  9 месяцев назад

      It is! The fat keeps them warm during the winter. Also the fat keeps them float after they been shot, they’re very thin in the summer so alot of them sink the second you shoot them.
      Thanks for watching!
