You should visit the UK once the Nordschleife has closed and do Oulton Park, Donington and Cadwell Park Thilo. You will see a few people you recognise there I'm sure ;-)
Very good drive 👍 Looks like a perfect day. This a fast circuit but do not like some drivers not moving out of the way or using indicators to allow a safe pass...
Nice driving I was at a trackday in spa too this monday and the days before at the ring...i love the track even tho i also mostly drive on the ring. I was happy to reach new PB's but i am nowhere close to your times, i only managed a 2:55:6 in my Lotus Exige but to be fair you already shave several seconds of my time just by topspeed alone. on the straight after eau rouge my highest speed was 225 and on the backstraight before the busstop only 190. i might get closer to a 2:50 if i manage to get better grip on the rear and a closed differential since i struggled on narrow corners
yeah it s a really great track .. so much fun together with the mates :) yeah saw your group .. was really relaxed to have always a pause after the stint :) yeah as to be seen .. my problem was also the grip .. but more frontwise .. the M3´s have such a better grip in the curvy parts
@@xthilox ahh so you were there on monday too? that's nice to hear. was it your first time at spa and what other tracks have you driven? i was on the nürburg and Hockenheim GP this year too but they can't compare to spa or the nordschleife for me. yeah the pauses help a lot to cool down the tires and engine (and myself) from all that "racing" is the front grip a problem you normally have with the car or is it because of the setup for the nürburgring?
@@Supermann124 yes we Shared the track with you guys :)) I was there about 7 years ago :) it’s the only track I like besides the Ring … Dyjon was cool too .. but #1 is the Nordschleife
Hi Thilo. Nice video of you at SPA as it's a special and entertaining track. Did I notice correctly that your car does not seem to be set up for Spa's long sweeping bends?
thank you .. it was greaet fun... havent been there for more than 7 years :) i did not change the setup .. could be a bit harder .. but compared to the M3´s .. they have such a strong front axle .. in SPA and also on the Ring ;)
@@xthilox You did better than the red Porsche though. I noticed that your rear would step out on the long bends. So maybe it can be fixed with a different suspension setup.
I don't understand why you don't like GP circuits as they really do have their charms and challenges. Totally different to NS. Im sure you can also see how much more effort is required to go under 2:50 at Spa. Like anything, practice and repetition makes all the difference. On Trofeo R' s you should be around 2:45 in your GT4 around Spa. I'm sure with more practice you would. Good video though! 👍

That was epic! More from here!
Jeez Thilo, the nordschleife might get jealous if you start seeing other circuits, plus how will the car know where to go???

nice Video!🔥

Yes it’s much fun to battle with friends .. but as I love the Ring the most, it’s pretty difficult to find comparable tracks ;)
