Every episode really brings out the best of the actors/actress and makes us feel their deepest emotion. Princess Ying's decision, the reunion of the lovers Ruyi & Ning, Tongguang acceptance of his situation, the serious Qian as he finally showed what he thought of the foolish Wu emperor. Loving the intensity of this drama.
Great amazing episode on the edge of my seat ..Ruyi is alive!! And Lao Quian plotting all along for this moment. .so many emotions. Joy anger sadness oh my gosh this has to be the number 1 drama of the year 🏆Im so afraid to watch the rest because I know whats coming😭
Lao Qian... I think his death will hit the hardest. He's seen as the reserved medic who can do a bit of everything, and is the most loyal person to ning yuan zhou and liu dao tang. He had to learn to forgive ruyi for being part of the vermillion guard, put his life on the line to save a treacherous emperor, and carry the burden of avenging his dead brothers' deaths. Chai Ming being his brother hit so hard... I just watched the scene before writing this comment and it's safe to say I'm sobbing. Qian Zhao, Shisan, Yuanlu, Ruyi, Yuan zhou, i'll miss you guys.
8:10 I don’t understand the scenes about the concubine when she said she must kill the princess coz she think Li tongguang will leave her just for PRINCESS a ying. I don’t know why she think that way ? Kinda doesn’t make sense. If she said the princess will replace her as empress it’s more make sense. I wonder I missed some scenes ? Is he in love to prince LI ?
@@ost8008 i mean the concubine has been in love with tongguang the whole drama so her main point is that she can't see him with another woman out of jealousy. She's not scared of not becoming empress she's scared of losing li tongguang.

Wang Yi Zhe here shows all his power of interpretation, all the potential of his dramatic embodiment of a role... this a such an intense moment in the drama, anyway inexhaustible full of such moment.., it is just a beautiful, real, deep moment, carried to this pick from the very beginning of the story... I appreciate one again the script and the writer(s), to let us have such an intensity all through this amazing story....

OMG what an episode epic so many twists and turns love it. Finally this stupid King gets it. Great story but dumb ending. I read a comment some clown commented what happens at the end but I'm not saying anything. Really enjoyed this episode. Back to watch "The Last Immortal" till the next episode. But for me (and many others, I presume) this is a so bitter-sweet conversation, where all the feelings and emotions are poured out, and slowly, amidts lot of affection, love, brotherhood... the three characters find their own balance inside, their core, their whole true destiny and purpose. I appreciate a lot this little (long?) moent of the episode and I thnak with all my heart the director, the team, the translators and the crew, and the actors for giving us such a masterpiece
