My jaw dropped when Jake took purple with the 1. He needs to start questioning his analytics department, this is an all-time dud season.
I think that's 2 first round picks this season where Jake has taken who I had as a clear 3
I had purple second, but he was definitely not a #1. Wild pick. At best he was getting 2nd. I think he couldn't decide who pick between the guys and hedged, but Chrissy came out with far better energy.

Jake needs to go full George Costanza and consider that if his instincts are wrong, he needs to start doing the opposite. I saw a tight tie between red and blue in the draft and purple was just low energy, clearly going to be a disappointment.
Wasn't even close too. Blue came out I was like "not bad, possible A group", red came out- "wow great energy and really athletic looking", purple came out- "absolute dud". Jake has got to be tanking at this point.
Should add a season long bonus point for whoever has the most penalized contestants. Call it The Jake Offset.
Penalties absolutely should be tracked and rewarded or punished lol

Zack tried to talk Joez into blue at the beginning. Zack looks at the analytics, but has no feel for what an actual athlete is. He single handedly tanked the season a few back. His method doesn’t work for this.

I'm officially off the blinding mechanic. We got denied some top-tier reactions from Joez, he would have damn near flipped the table when Chrissy hit that Mario Kart banana peel. At least part of the fun is seeing grown men overreact to these kids and the blind actively denies the RUclips viewers that.
They were always a bad idea.
Blind has always been the absolute dumbest thing ever. The only thing it does is ruin content. It adds literally nothing.

Did you know…….The Krag was nearly 3 stories tall. Heights varied amongst seasons, ranging from 28 to 30 feet.
Jimmy is the kind of friend that you can always rely on to make fun of you if you end up paying for a bad haircut.
Mike's Chrissy Sarah mix up is now explained this episode must've been filmed first.
They shoot the episodes during the taping session in segments. So they do all the Jump Ball events first then all three of Mad Max and so on. Legends of the Hidden Temple worked the same way. Makes it easier to accidentally misname someone.
That is absolutely NOT a normal, everyday vehicle and I hope nobody considers it one.
Joez shows that his greatest skill as a GM is knowing when not to listen to Zack.

Each season is like 40-50 episodes. They also have Global Guts to work through too.
I like to imagine the spotters at the jump ball event have side bets on whose kid wins so they give them a lil extra umph when the release them from the platform.
Or a “Go Now” a half second early.

This is actually a good idea. Or a power up. You can activate it for yourself one episode per season if you have a player you suspect will do it.

The blind sucks. It’s AWFUL. You have to get rid of it. We watch for your reactions, and the blind completely removes one player’s involvement in the game. Just pointless.
There’s no way Jake isn’t purposely drafting duds now because purple was an obvious flop candidate lmao and how is he penalized that’s crazy
IMO the blind makes things worse. It adds zero interest or excitement, and just feels lame. Plus everyone else has to subdue their commentary to avoid spoilers. I hope it's gone next season.
