It was Dr Pepper Snapple Group that sued them in 2011 in a federal law suit. Still have a few unopened cases of the Dublin Dr. Pepper in my pantry. The cane sugar stuff is so much better than the corn syrup.
I agree because cane sugar is way better than corn syrup. I think they need to put a warning label because drinking too much soda these days will get you diabetes. I’ve seen some Mexican cokes that has a warning label (in Spanish) on it and I wish the US could do that on all the sodas to keep people aware it. If not, let Texas do it for their people imo.
