I found this channel while on a weight loss journey. I’m 75 pounds down and I just have to say I love they way you guys eat whatever you want while living a highly active lifestyle! I think you guys are great role models. I used to be so lazy and loved watching mukbangs, I didn’t realize watching people eat glutinous amounts of food was triggering my binge eating, I’m still a big time foodie but I swapped mugbanks for channels like this. Keep up the great work ❤

Omg, I discovered the same! I made the mistake thinking mukbangs would help bc I’d be “living vicariously through them” only to crave the food they ate then binge. This is much healthier to watch!

If y’all want to try the best bbq in the world go to Lockhart Tx (about 30 min outside of Austin) legit bbq with no lines tiers above both terry blacks & franklins. There are multiple places and each have their charms and specialties to em.
