Daredevil Born Again has begun production, with set imagery confirming part of the 18-episode season will take place during the Blip between Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame. Could this mean Foggy and Karen were among the victims of the blip? This would fit with how Matt's life story changed in a major way to become canon in the MCU.

Picture the scene: Matt is celebrating a case win; camera zooms in extreme close up, blurring the little surroundings we can make out that are in frame. camera revolves around Matt has he heartbreakingly hears more and more heartbeats around him vanish into nothingness

The scene of Matt listening to half of all the heartbeats stop at once and cars crashing while he has a sensory meltdown is going to be awesome and heart wrenching
I want this SO BADLY focusing the Blip Period.
I love this. The idea with the Avengers cleaning up the aftermath of the snap, leaving Daredevil to protect the streets ... after all, I'm sure a lot of police were snapped, too. I'm sure there was chaos in those early years, they need a hero. I'm sure lawyers would have a lot of work to do, to. Hell, if Foggy and Karen got snapped, seeing Matt grieve their losses ... ugh, I'm buckling up for a LOT.
But will Disney be able to pull the emotional writing required to pull this off.or they'll just pull a Thor love and thunder joke storm

The Blip is the MCU's Clone Wars. There are so many stories that can come out of those five years that it could be both potentially good and bad.
But seeing Murdock working during that time would be interesting given all the legal stuff they implied was passed during that time.

Imagine if at the beginning of the first episode, daredevil hears all the heartbeats disappearing before getting dusted himself, then the rest of the episode follows kingpin during the 5 years up until everyone comes back, and at the end of the episode you see him come back, and Hells Kitchen is in chaos

I want it all to be blip. The whole season 1. So we can get a very intimate and substantial view into that time period, and Chonologocal viewing audience have a nice interlude before endgame

The blip is like Order 66. I can’t get enough.
It’s also a fitting time place bc 2012 - Infinity War , 2018 is a BIG timer period where a lot of superheroes operated in NYC. Tho ig they did major hero work and DD did street level.
I’m hoping that with this many episodes there will be some sort of storyline that is told from different points in time but doesn’t conclude until present day, potentially setting something else up

I think the frist 9 episodes should explore the blip era and the last 9 episodes should be in the present mcu timeline

1) If Feank Castle comes back so should the original Karen and Foggy
2) I asked Charles Murphy if there has been storylines about the characters in the dust(ie Peter's cobco w Tony in Endgame)
I think we should have all views. Maybe to help the disconnected in phase 4
For me personally, im inclined to think the Netflix series is not connected at all and Born Again is its own thing just with some of our fan favorite actors playing those characters again.
Side note. I would love to see DD during the onset of the Blip and him just in his apartment by himself or something and then he just feel uneasy and stops what he's doing, he starts to hear people screaming moving his head in his DD way to listen, he then suits up to Investigate.
Phase 4 should have really focused on that time period.
i just worry that the Tonal Shift means cheesy and not as violent and dark

I was hugely disappointed that Marvel decided to completely ignore the time period between the snap and blip, it would be interesting if Matt felt he had to step up in the wake of half the Avengers being dusted and the whole world in chaos.
This is definitely the project I’m most excited for

and with double the Charlie Cox, acts both Netflix and MCU variants (similar to Moon Knight style with both on screen) = Daredevil: No Way Home Movie

I'm from the time of Supernatural and Stargate where seasons would be 22 episodes.
We aren't getting 18 straight weeks of Daredevil. We're getting 3 6-episode "pods" that will air between other projects.

Plot: Karen and Foggy get snapped out of existence, Matt loses his shit and gives up being a vigilante while Kingpin takes advantage of the lack of law enforcement and becomes Mayor Kingpin or some shit and just when all hope is lost everyone snaps back and then Matt has a sudden change of direction/heart from being depressed and takes down King pin with the help of(insert cameo here) .. Your Welcome.

During the blip is good I hope they work that in with the defenders series can you talk about that ending in a episode (even tho it’s not cannon daredevil vs resurrected elektra in a exploding building) I believe it could be worked in maybe I’m just a defenders fan lol I liked that group they way they all tied in together street level heroes lol they have to find a way to make it cannon lol

As someone who likes to watch as chronologically as possible, it would be great to watch the first couple minutes of _Endgame_ followed by an entire series of Daredevil's character followed by the rest of _Endgame._

It'll prolly go back and forth between the blip and present the same way there was a whole episode for Karen Paige in Season 3 and flash backs to college days and childhood in Season 1.
It should start after the Hulk’s snap and build forward to the current MCU timeline. You can do a ton of storytelling with 18 episodes

Nah, it will probably be just a flashback scene, maybe 1 or 2 episodes set during the 5-year-gap from Endgame where Daredevil needs to protect the city on his own, because Punisher and the Defenders are snapped away...
