He's hoping that he will inspire this kid to continue playing and to also be one of the guitar players who is also their own bass player. That's a pretty awesome shirt that Tommy has on, too. I read one time where somebody on their deathbed requested for Tommy to come play their bedside and he did. Gotta love this guy.

Let's all go down Nostalgia Boulevard and remember when you didn't have to pay fifty bucks to meet an artist. I first saw Tommy in 2004 at a small guitar shop in Culver City, California called Boulevard Music. Meeting and chatting with him was easy and of course it was not a commercial enterprise. The price of the ticket was enough. Just saw that tickets for his guitar camp in Nashville range from $2000-6000. My gut reaction is to retch.
