**Update 4 yrs later** My honest opinion still stands, this stroller has been a great fit for our family. I love the luxurious feel, easy and comfort of maneuvering. The extendable handlebar works well with my height, and my legs don’t hit the stroller as I push. They have a newer version of the stroller out and I’m sure it’s just as nice (I have checked out the new one yet). At a very high price tag, yes it’s worth it due to the top notch quality and build. If you want a lasting and adaptable stroller for all family types I highly recommend this stroller option.
i just found we're having another and our boy is currently 9 mo. I will admit I'm a stroller snob and I'm so excited to get a new stroller. I'm such a simple person and only want bare minimum. I have a nuna pipa and hate adapters. I briefly looked at the vista but I dont like the look of it (too bulky). Your points were very relatable! Great detailed video!

Like you’ve said, I haven’t seen too many reviews from actual mommies that have actually bought this stroller system so your review was extremely helpful and reaffirmed my decision to get a Nuna Demi grow. I am having my second in July and have a 4 year old. We tried the uppa baby vista in store as everyone (including the sales reps) kept pushing for it. It definitely is the top choice but I just couldn’t get over the configurations where the youngest goes in the bottom front and having my eldest child on top. It just didn’t make sense to me. Plus my son is too tall for the rumble seat that it came with. We tested out the Nuna and found the Nuna Demi to work the best! My son is pretty independent and can get in and out of the stroller himself and loved being in the bottom when we tested it out. And the fact that both seats can hold 50 lbs and are interchangeable is so awesome and I don’t have to fiddle around with all those extra adapters like with the vista! I am planning to buy the Nuna Demi with the clek car seat (the Nuna PIPA here in Canada is made different than in the States and doesn’t offer the same safety qualities like having the load leg) and they both work great together since Nuna uses maxi Cosi adapters! Oh and I found great hacks on this stroller too which will help a lot! Have you ever tried a stroller bag that can attach to the front or handle of the bar before as added storage?
Anna Banana I agree about the configuration of the Upper Baby Vista. It never sat right with me to have the younger one at the bottom at the front... that just doesn’t make sense to me... this seems a more mum friendly configuration 😊
Super helpful video thanks! I'm expecting my first but looking at doubles as we think we would like another baby within a couple of years. I agree with your thoughts on uppababy, its a great pram but just didn't feel right to me and as a more petite person it felt so long. I'm really torn between this one and a cheaper online australian pram called redsbaby, think the nuna has the edge though in terms of quality and the variety of configurations and I've already got the nuna capsule which is compatible with both. The redsbaby is lighter than the nuna demi grow but I think is more ackward to pick up from folded. Thanks so much for this, the one shop that sells nuna in Australia unforrtunately the sales assistants didn't know that much about it and the configurations so this was so helpful to me!

I’m so glad to see a new review of this stroller. I’ve scoured the internet for them. There’s one configuration that I’m dying to see (and have only seen one other person do it) it’s using both toddler seats but having the upper adapters in use for the top seat. My little girl is on the taller side I'd say for her age. She has enough space with the carseat on top, and at the store trying this out, with both toddler seats- it seems to be just fine! :)
The upper adapters for the toddler seat are only available in the Europe, not USA. I had to have nuna send them to my cousin in London who sent it to me, (they wouldn't mail it here) . I like it so much better now with the adapter, (car seat adapter does not work for the toddler seat).
Two negative reviews I’ve read: Let me know if you have the same issues. That the upright position is not fully 90 degrees and toddler slides down and also the leg rest weaken and do not hold up legs for a toddler. They start to Bend down and don’t stay up for bigger kiddos still under 35 pounds.
Hello thanks for watching! You are correct in that it doesn’t sit up to a complete 90 degrees. It has always seemed comfortable from the looks of it. There is a newborn insert I believe that should help with this if the baby needs the support. There’s a slight recline. I haven’t noticed in mine the foot rest weakening. However if the child put too much weight in it over time or crawls up it to get in the chair then I’m sure it will weaken the fittings. Over all though it’s been a great stroller for us. I’m at the point not where I don’t use it as much. My children are 5.5/3.5/1 and I use a more compact lighter weight stroller bc it makes things a little easier for me. My middle wouldn’t be happy to ride in as a double. I hope this helps!

Hi Rachel, thank you for watching! That's a good question, I questioned this a lot before I purchased b/c my oldest will be 3 in August and our new boy will be 1 yr in August as well. I am out and about often during the week, wether it's at the park, library, store, walks, etc so I knew that having a double stroller was something that I would really appreciate having. My 2 year old is a runner I guess you could say, she likes to take off on me which can be very dangerous in certain situations. Once I have her in the stroller (top or bottom) she is fine. She doesn't fuss or get upset b/c she's on walking. Having the double stroller makes me more comfortable because I knew with a little one and her as active as she is, it would be nice to be able to contain her and not have her run away...and I'd be stuck chasing after her with a baby, diaper bag and (single) stroller! Know what I mean? It just makes things easier because I have the option of using the Demi grow as a single/double. Long story short, I do think you would benefit from this as long as you make frequent trips out and if your 3 yr old is adventurous :). Thank you for watching! Hope this helps!

Hello! My comment is very late, and may not be relevant for you anymore. However my children are now 5.5/3.5/1. We don’t use now, my middle is independent and doesn’t like being confined so to make things easier and quicker we use a more compact light weight stroller. It was perfect every other time I needed it though! He would still fit in it, his weight meets the limits and size wise he’d be ok. Thank you for watching!

The model I had purchased has a removable basket that can be used within the one you have on your stroller and can be taken out which will then mean you have two baskets to use. Did your model not include that removable basket?

Congratulations how exciting!! I am sorry I did not get back to you sooner. Personally, I love the size of this stroller even as a single. I have been using it regularly as a single and am happy with all the aspects of it. The Mixx is nice in size, easy, maneuverability, etc. I would consider the Demi Grow if you think you may expand your family within a few years of having your first. If mine were lets say 3 years apart, I may not have opted for a double just because the older would not get a lot of use out of the stroller. Hi I’m trying to decided on a double stroller I have nuna Demi grow in mind & uppababy VISTA . But i don’t know how i feel about having both babies in and no space to put diaper bag or shipping bags :/
Hello! This was probably my biggest concern too. I truly wish the Nuna had more space below. Nowthat I've had it for several months with constant use (almost every day) I can say that I am not 100% disappointed with the lack of space. My toddler, almost 2.5yr likes to walk or sit in the basket w/ out the seat- which allows for extra room. My 4 month old, I usually wear bc he loves the closeness. If I'm not wearing him then he's happy in the top or bottom. My older has also been loving lately is standing on the folded down basket and holding onto the push bar. I really thought the second seat at the bottom was going to be a big annoyance but it turns out I have not missed the space. I've learned to just carry the basics and it totally works out ok for me. But if you are planning a shopping trip with 2 babies/kids in the stroller, you will be tight with space for sure. The Vista has great space and that is one of the best features in my opinion. If you think you''ll definitely need the space bc you carry a good amount of stuff or just want it to be prepared for whatever, then the Vista is a great choice too! Both are good option. Do you know if any car seat would fit? I have Graco Click connect. My baby is 7 months old and I'm currently pregnant again. They'll be 14 months apart so I feel like this would be perfect!

It’s a big investment I understand! Honestly at that age for both, I probably wouldn’t. My 3.5 likes to walk on his own. There are less expensive strollers that you can fit a universal piggy board on the back. This would probably seem more fun for them.

Thank you so much for watching! My kids always seemed comfortable, however it doesn’t fully sit up 90 degrees. The grab bar in front offers support as well. In my opinion they looked comfortable, then again they never said anything about not being able to sit up straight but I think they were good!

Hello! Thank you for the question! The handle goes from 38”-42” from the ground so you should be able to measure about where that falls for your hands comfortably. For just one child I wouldn’t personally unless I bought second hand at a good price. It’s really expensive new! There’s many great strollers out there that are singles with sufficient space. I also have the uppababy Cruz and love it. If you plan to grow your family or just love a large stroller than this one is a good choice!
It doesn't come with the car seat(support PIPA series). It only comes with one sibling seat (which is $200/each if you need one extra). That's what I read from their website.
It's not- You always have the option to adjust the handle bar if you are taller and need more Room for walking. In addition the bottom seat does not recline back further so the fixed position does not get in the way of walking for me. Thank you for watching!
Hi! It’s not light weight so there was always a small degree of difficulty with the weight but honestly it wasn’t too bad since my car always had the space in the back. The carsest clicked right in very nicely so that wasn’t an issue for us!
Question does ur little girl ever complain she can’t see when on the bottom since the car seat is on top just wondering I have a 10 month old and a 3 yr old and was wondering in case I do buy and he’s in the bottom . By the way cute kiddos 🙂 .
Does your toddler still like the bottom seat? That is the only thing that worries me. All the sellers say toddlers love the cozy feel down there but hoping for some real toddler input. Mine will be exactly 2 years apart
Hi I’m so sorry I never responded! We aren’t using this stroller anymore because my kids are at the point where they refuse the stroller (5.5/3.5/1). My youngest still rides but I use a compact stroller bc it’s a lot easier to get around. I hope you were able to find a review with the double seat elsewhere!
I agree! For the price, they should have included that accessory. I think there are universal brands that can fit but havent tried just yet. Honestly though, a cup holder is very important!

I have nuna Demi grow in mind & uppababy VISTA . But i don’t know how i feel about having both babies in and no space to put diaper bag or shipping bags :/
Hello! This was probably my biggest concern too. I truly wish the Nuna had more space below. Nowthat I've had it for several months with constant use (almost every day) I can say that I am not 100% disappointed with the lack of space. My toddler, almost 2.5yr likes to walk or sit in the basket w/ out the seat- which allows for extra room. My 4 month old, I usually wear bc he loves the closeness. If I'm not wearing him then he's happy in the top or bottom. My older has also been loving lately is standing on the folded down basket and holding onto the push bar. I really thought the second seat at the bottom was going to be a big annoyance but it turns out I have not missed the space. I've learned to just carry the basics and it totally works out ok for me. But if you are planning a shopping trip with 2 babies/kids in the stroller, you will be tight with space for sure.
The Vista has great space and that is one of the best features in my opinion. If you think you''ll definitely need the space bc you carry a good amount of stuff or just want it to be prepared for whatever, then the Vista is a great choice too! Both are good option. I hope this helped!?

Do you know if any car seat would fit? I have Graco Click connect. My baby is 7 months old and I'm currently pregnant again. They'll be 14 months apart so I feel like this would be perfect!

Yes having them 14 months apart I would definitely invest in a double stroller as well.

It’s a big investment I understand! Honestly at that age for both, I probably wouldn’t. My 3.5 likes to walk on his own. There are less expensive strollers that you can fit a universal piggy board on the back. This would probably seem more fun for them.

Thank you so much for watching! My kids always seemed comfortable, however it doesn’t fully sit up 90 degrees. The grab bar in front offers support as well. In my opinion they looked comfortable, then again they never said anything about not being able to sit up straight but I think they were good!

Hello! I did not respond back I’m sorry for that! I really enjoyed this troller. It’s very adaptable to a single child or growing family, luxurious, and a comfortable push. Although very pricy, it’s a good choice in my opinion.

Hello! Thank you for the question! The handle goes from 38”-42” from the ground so you should be able to measure about where that falls for your hands comfortably.
For just one child I wouldn’t personally unless I bought second hand at a good price. It’s really expensive new! There’s many great strollers out there that are singles with sufficient space. I also have the uppababy Cruz and love it. If you plan to grow your family or just love a large stroller than this one is a good choice!

It doesn't come with the car seat(support PIPA series). It only comes with one sibling seat (which is $200/each if you need one extra). That's what I read from their website.

It's not- You always have the option to adjust the handle bar if you are taller and need more Room for walking. In addition the bottom seat does not recline back further so the fixed position does not get in the way of walking for me. Thank you for watching!

Hi! It’s not light weight so there was always a small degree of difficulty with the weight but honestly it wasn’t too bad since my car always had the space in the back. The carsest clicked right in very nicely so that wasn’t an issue for us!

Question does ur little girl ever complain she can’t see when on the bottom since the car seat is on top just wondering I have a 10 month old and a 3 yr old and was wondering in case I do buy and he’s in the bottom . By the way cute kiddos 🙂 .
Does your toddler still like the bottom seat? That is the only thing that worries me. All the sellers say toddlers love the cozy feel down there but hoping for some real toddler input. Mine will be exactly 2 years apart

Hi I’m so sorry I never responded! We aren’t using this stroller anymore because my kids are at the point where they refuse the stroller (5.5/3.5/1). My youngest still rides but I use a compact stroller bc it’s a lot easier to get around. I hope you were able to find a review with the double seat elsewhere!

I agree! For the price, they should have included that accessory. I think there are universal brands that can fit but havent tried just yet. Honestly though, a cup holder is very important!

Yes! I’ve used mine for long walks lots of times. Especially at the zoo with lots of hills- comfy and holds up well.

I am sorry for my late response! I use the Nuna Pipa Lite LX. A carseat base comes with the carseat as well. The carseat works perfectly with the stroller, no adapter required. Thank you for watching!
