Thank you for making this. A mechanic broke my door handle and quoted me over $900 to fix it… but now I feel confident I can just fix it on my own for $70. THANK YOU!
I would not recommend removing the motor or regulator from the panel. I did this according to the video and the cables went off of the track when reinstalling. If the cable is damaged the regulator is about $700 so just disconnect the window from the regulator. Lower the window to almost the bottom, remove the 2 10mm bolts behind the rubber caps at the center bottom of the panel to seperate the window from the regulator. You will still need to unplug the door harness and two top connectors but the whole thing can be lifted up, tilted forward and removed downward. Another note: the screw to remove the door lock cylinder must be rotated clockwise to loosen it. Hope this helps!

Hey. Don't pop the window regulator and motor off. Tape the window up and disconnect window from regulator. Then take panel out with regulator still attached.

Go with a T27 from behind the panel via the speaker hole.
