JUMP FORCE: Recruitment Arc

Ngl this is the introduction of my 3rd and fav of my CAC: Raiden. He used to be lightning aspect but he got too good that its just pure light now. Idk how that happened but he uses it pretty well and I'm not gonna tell him differently.
