I've been testing out a few items and I think Manamune still is the best option. The upgrade to Kaisa's q requires less and less Damage as you level up and by level 11 you need 75 bonus attack damage and could start with a brand new manamune and just proc it a few times to get the q upgrade. Before then I buy my AP damage items and it means you have both q and w upgraded by Level 11 and then every time you land an ability you're gaining more and more attack damage. Note that the playstyle for this build is more sniper focused.
