A very good attitude with kids ! After 10 years teaching experience, this is my first time dealing with kids and I’m a bit awkward ! I start to like it though ! Yes, they are wonderful pupils! I am blessed to work as a teacher in China because teachers here have the highest levels of public respect. However, there are all kinds of students and, in my opinion, at the end of the day, what you get out of your teaching is what you put in. If you work hard and conduct yourself in a professional manner, you'll earn the respect of your students. I am not saying it applies to everyone; I'm just sharing what I have learned as a foreigner working in China.

This game isn't suitable for an entire class session. It's meant to be just one of the activities during class, and it should be limited to no more than 10 minutes. My personal opinion.
Would be better if the poster explained the approach behind sentence frames. It's always better to know why you do what you do as a teacher, otherwise lessons can become about eating up time in class or even worse, a series of unconnected '' activities''.

When I upload my full classes, I usually comment on the approach, strategy, or technique I am using in class but the "Lessons from Nothing" series was created to share popular ESL games. In most cases, I use the task-based approach and whole language approach. The task-based approach focuses on a task that reinforces a teaching part (vocabulary, sentence frame, question frame, dialogue).
I think this game 🎯 would brilliantly fit well up till grade 7or 8 , depending how is used ..This is awesome , as a teacher I'm trying this when the school 🏫 resumes .thanks Val...Happy new year ...Bless up!!!

Would be better if the poster explained the approach behind sentence frames. It's always better to know why you do what you do as a teacher, otherwise lessons can become about eating up time in class or even worse, a series of unconnected '' activities''.

When I upload my full classes, I usually comment on the approach, strategy, or technique I am using in class but the "Lessons from Nothing" series was created to share popular ESL games.
In most cases, I use the task-based approach and whole language approach. The task-based approach focuses on a task that reinforces a teaching part (vocabulary, sentence frame, question frame, dialogue).
