I was currently reading the book by Cialdini about the psychology of persuasion, I feel that is a skill I'll definitely need to have either now for appointment setting or during sales

Ive been following Iman gadzhi's mentorship, thats where i learnt my sales template, but Im yet to use it because im still trying to get up from setting appointments to getting on sales calls
