2. Printing your journal via dropship (Vervante or KDP) selfpublishing.com/kdp/ (I have never used KDP and they have their own specs on how to start on their platform so check out this article to learn more)
3. Pre-Order: if you have a built in community you can pre-order your journals which means you get the money up front and then you go purchase your journals via Alibaba/Aliexpress. CHECK REVIEWS, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND PICTURES OF THE COMPANY. Also, get detailed about how they will ship the journals to you and how much shipping will cost you via plane or boat.
4. You can also start smaller with soft cover journals to test the market. I use a company called Book Logix or check local book companies in your area.

I started a digital journal store and I have a few of them on Amazon but I think I need to amp it up by marketing them more. I'm thinking of having them all printing out and selling them at the flea market.
How will your customers be able to write in/on them?

@51andhappy44 She explained it, it just isn’t $0 lol. First, get your ideas on paper. Decide what you want your customers to use the journal for. Make sure it’s something that you would use because you can market it better. Next, find a graphic designer to illustrate the design on social media, Fiverr or Upwork. The last two are cheaper. Lastly, find a company to print the journals. Ali Express or Alibaba is where you can find overseas companies to do pretty much anything for any type of business. Find a few vendors there and ask for samples to vet them. Then decide who to go with and either set up drop-shipping (meaning the company will ship to the customer) or preorder them and ship them to customers yourself.
Have you done any POD of same planner with Amazon, Printiful, or Printify? Just curious about quality and cost differences, as well as the overall experience. And you may be getting to that (or have diff video) & I just haven’t got that far. 😊
I haven't but Amazon has a great platform for journals/planners.

Hello Krystal Lee thank you for this video I have watched so many videos on how to start a journal business and your video is the only one that was truly informational with a break down. I wanted to save money but, I know I have a proven product I had a company that wanted me to turn the rights over to my journal to get a “great deal” as she put it. So I want to spend the money I need to because I know my journal is something that will change people lives. So can you tell me if the company you use could print a few hundred first and then I could do pre orders?
