Love lyrics as hell. Musically not their best - doesn't means it`s bad but there are better ones. I am not the fan but I really like what I`ve discovered.
This is just great. I never thought such songs can motivate to keep up but here we are. After all, we're human and everything, all the dark days and horrors, will have their end some day - we live while we can and do what we can. Thank you for the song wholeheartedly.

There is great symbolism in this video. The black hand, the death that's slowly creeping upon her. The bloody tears, showing the desperation about being lost to this fate, totally comprehendible. Yet I cannot help but to feel excited about being alive right now.
When a song can stir up emotions in me it has done its job. I really like this one! I will be getting the album today as well! Still a huge fan of Beyond The Black!
This drummer is good. Jukka, former Nightwish drummer was the best drummer I've seen but sickness sidelined him...for now. Check out his energy on "Over the Hill and Far Away" live. Hopefully Jukka can make a comeback.
An amazing single which really pushes the vocals (especially at the end) and the band delivering an equally amazing performance. I doubt the blood tears were nice to have , but the sacrifices they make for the fans are applauded :-)
I love the video. I am especially enchanted by the colour theme of the video. The blend of a trinity of colours: red, black and white. To me, the red represents blood: our human existence/life. The black represents our fear of death. . The white represents our souls when we depart from this world. As the following lyrics state: "Live today 'cause tomorrow we'll be dead We're born to die, we are human."
so how did i get here? It started with sabaton memes, i checked them out, went to the concert, they had amaranthe as support act, i liked them too, found out they had a concert in my area coming up, bought a ticket, saw the show was amaranthe and beyond the black, went on youtube to see the band they do the concert with and now i'm here. And i must say, i'm not disapointed. I love those little journeys.
Maybe metal lovers will be a little dissapointed. I love metal too, but also in other genres I find real masterpieces. Jennifer is a great talent and I like what I see...maybe more than before🙏😍
I'm not going to do an analysis between musicians, who is or isn't talented. I haven't time for this and I'm not payed for this. But it's very simple. Who likes someone, listens to music, goes to concerts, buys CD's and others things; and you think he considers her untalented? Of course there are arguments. She is hot? Very good for her; earn extrapoints.Who considers she's untalented can go to others singers...there are milion singers. Good luck!
I'm an metalhead yet I love Hørizøns more than their other albums. HotH is a very close second, but I love every record. Very talented band. Cannot wait to see them live next year!
Even though I loved their other records a lot, Hørizøns a very unique fresh album that I love the most actually. I'm a metalhead, but I love the variation this album has and very beautiful music that touches your soul. Love Human but You are not alone, Golden pariahs, Wounded healer and Marching on, Hørizøns are my favorites. Fantastic record, I'm soo excited to see them live that I cannot stop talking about it!
Beyond the Black. Bitte so weitermachen.
Divine Feminine, The 'Mother' is here and She Loves Us Unconditionally... New Divine Human Template so, no need to die... and I Loved the 'Wounded Healer' Soul Story...
We all will die but it's the forgiveness we receive and impacts we make in the lives of other's that are important, and while we all die, there is life after death in Jesus!
Great song again from Beyond the Black. The music of this album is different than Lost in Forever and Heart of the Hurricane, but I like it. And Jennifer is a great singer. I really like her voice. Looking forward to their double headline tour with Amaranthe (postponed) in may next year.
This band brings a breath of fresh air to the genre. The female-fronted melodic metal genre has been done to death, and so many bands sound the same that I have personally reached saturation. Jenny's voice and vocal style stand out, the vocal melodies are great and unexpected, the music is the right balance of metal and melodic, polished but not syrupy, the song is instantly memorable, the concept for the clip is simple but again quite original and very well executed (film producer here). And Jenny is.. well... a stunner, sexy but classy. You guys are definitely putting yourselves on the map of a new generation of melodic bands.
There's a lot of symbolic language going on in the music video but the simplest and most straightforward visual story that the video is telling is that it's about a woman mourning her multiple miscarriages.
Actually, I noticed her voice first. Jennifer makes good use of it. Then I noticed her beauty. incredible a voice like that coming from one so beautiful.
Why are so many people whining? Listen to it or don't. They were never a "super heavy" band. I actually love the "old west" sound at the beginning of this song (similar to Echo from the Past)
Ok, the best new song I've heard today. Also, I should have suspected that there would be new Beyond the Black on account of them being Beyond the Black. Lol
What I love in metal the most? Lyrics... Music is important, but I only love music when it matters. I love more sublime lyrics, but I always like existential lyrics instead of shoot a shit. BTW: I love her look and makeup in all videos. I prefer sopranos in metal but her voice is really good (quite rocky).
Make love! Not hate!
the music , the band , really good..one of the best discoveries from last year...but the voice? sexy and amazing..one of the best singers in the world this days
Had this in my watch later for 2 weeks and after repeated views and careful analysis I decided it's cool I like. Death is a bummer so it's good to be reminded 😀 helps me keep my perspective sharp.
Not a single video of Beyond the Black has the Napalm Intro. Because they paired up with two labels - Napalm Records and Airforce One. So Napalm Records don't have the rights alone. I think that's the reason why Beyond the Black doesn't get the Napalm Intro!
The only real difference between this album and their previous ones is that this has a bit more of an electronic sound to it. Beyond that not much has really changed if you take an honest listen to it and compare. They still sing about the same stuff lyrically and the songs flow and move in a similar fashion. It's just more of an electronic sound than a symphonic sound but it's still very much rock and really shouldn't be considered pop. It's fine if people prefer a more symphonic sound, we all like different things after all but don't come and tell me that "OMG Beyond the Black is dead" or "return to your roots guys" or even "they sold out and went commercial". Different bands take different aproaches with their music. Some have just one type of sound they stick to and find success through that. Others are more liberal in varying their sound from album to album and trying out different themes and find success through that. I feel like music now is a lot about belonging to a group rather than actually listen to music. People are so fixated on whether or not a song "fits" their percieved view of the genre identity that they don't actually listen to the song itself. They just hear electronics and go "nope that's just pop cuz real metal can't have electronics in it cuz it's too mainstream", or it's the other way around "nope that's an electric guitar and therefore is just loud screamo music and I can't listen to that cuz you can't play that in popular clubs". It's funny how these "true metalheads" are really just the same as the "mainstream pop" people only in reverse. Anything that doesn't bow or bend to their expectations or ideas of how things "should" be is immediately branded as trash and anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they're talking about and are just wrong. I could go on and on and elaborate but I'm getting waaaay off topic. Bottom line: Beyond the Black really hasn't changed that much. Different people like different things. Give it a rest.
I think you jump into conclusions too quickly of judging people who dislike their new path. I agree there's these "true metalheads" with comments about selling out and going soft and stuff, these are all wrong reasons to dislike a band for me too. But there's also people maybe going more details about music and listening and hearing things that maybe ordinary listener would not even notice. For example your "not big of a difference" is for me "everything has changed". Song structures, melodies, drum and guitar sound. And with all the musical changes also the singing has changed. For me easiest way to describe it all is saying that it's all combination between a music and a singer and the more simple the music is the less potential the good singer can show. It's easier to make a good song with bad singer and good music than it is with bad music and good singer.
Man, the deep dark meaning of this song is the reality for all of us!! Jennifer's vocals are of masterpiece quality in this one. Love ya from America!!!

I can hear all those many voices fighting
Every time I wake up, I'm someone new
In the end I don't feel like I'm deciding
Nothing more than a blank space coming through
I can see that the way ahead is burning
And I see that there is no turning back
Straight ahead, through the flames, we go together
Live today 'cause tomorrow we'll be dead
We're born to die, we are human
We're born to die in the end
We're born to die, we are human
And all our pride will turn to sand
'Cause after all, we're born to die, my friend
I can hear all those questions without answers
I get by but I can't say that I'm sane
In the end we're bound to meet the maker
And we got no one else but him to blame
I can see that this road leads to a dead end
And I still try to run and finish first
Straight ahead, don't think twice, we'll go together
Live today and forget how much it hurts
We're born to die, we are human
We're born to die in the end
We're born to die, we are human
And all our pride will turn to sand
'Cause after all, we're born to die, my friend
Will you show me a way to see the sense here?
Will you show me what I'm supposed to feel?
Straight ahead, through the flames, we keep on walking
Someone tell me that none of this is real
We're born to die, we are human
We're born to die in the end
We're born to die, we are human
And all our pride will turn to sand
We're born to die, we are human
We're born to die in the end (In the very end)
We're born to die, we are human
And all our pride will turn to sand
We're born to die, we are human
And all our pride will turn to sand
'Cause after all, we're born to die, my friend
We're born to die, my friend

What I love in metal the most? Lyrics... Music is important, but I only love music when it matters. I love more sublime lyrics, but I always like existential lyrics instead of shoot a shit. BTW: I love her look and makeup in all videos. I prefer sopranos in metal but her voice is really good (quite rocky).
Just recently discovered this band. I am not a big fan of really heavy metal music. So, I think this song is phantastic.
I'm probably responsible for like half the views of this vid. What a haunting yet beautiful song.
" oder "Forget my Name"bekomme.
Make love! Not hate!
I don't understand all the comments shitting on their direction change, the album is still absolutely amazing, and this video is beautiful ❤️❤️
There's a nice western sound to it.
This song, I like it.
Another!
With that thumbnail, I was expecting this to be death metal or something, so this was a nice surprise.
Br.... Vocal magnífico😲
I was waiting for her eyes to pop out 👀 I closed my mouth just incase 😂 I don't mind this tune. I enjoyed it 😁
Their music videos this year are so amazing!!
Amazing song! Seize the day people!
the music , the band , really good..one of the best discoveries from last year...but the voice? sexy and amazing..one of the best singers in the world this days
Wow! Jennifer has a hit, her perfomance makes me fall in love.😍😍😍😍😍🔊🎼🎶🎵🎶🎵🎸🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶
Great song. Brilliant visuals, sort of Hammer Horror, 1970’s vibe.
I love this song so much! It's a crime that this vid doesn't have more views.
Had this in my watch later for 2 weeks and after repeated views and careful analysis I decided it's cool I like. Death is a bummer so it's good to be reminded 😀 helps me keep my perspective sharp.
Wow. This should be the song of the year. Period.
I completely agree.
Totally agree there
Viral - Amaranthe is a very strong contender
@@pineycolada3075 Viral is good but I would pick Do or Die with Angela.
@@pineycolada3075 damn rigth Bro, viral does stand it's ground to this
Very good track and video, simple arrangement musically, but still a strong message and well presented
Wow the song is amazing! Very emotional. And the video too. I love all the make up things Jennifer did. The Bleeding eyes look BAD ASS!
what do we leave.. a strong family. Have new speakers headset for hear. Hand on heart for you
Love it. People are hating it for no reason. It's good to try different kind of genres.
Same thoughts, bro
I actually don’t care for this song, the album is pretty good though.
While maybe not one of their most metal songs, I personally find this easy to listen to and the video is great as well.
The new album is amazing. Really really good.
Sehr gut!
Respekt 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
LOVE! Wonderfull song!
Muito fixe. "BEYOND THE BLACK" sempre a subir. Parabéns.
Mindblown as always
Well this is the best single anyway. So Much more impressive than the previous ones.
I keep coming back to re-watch this video... I think that means I really like it.
I think this is my favourite on the Horizons album :) \m/ At last year's Wacken the Beyond the Black concert was the best!
Such a beautiful song, the content of these lyrics are a conversation that most people simply aren't ready for.
Einfach Geil!!I Ich vermisse die ganzen Konzerte! Mein letztes war bei Beyond the Black in Berlin!!! Das ist Gefühlte 10 Jahre her♫♥.
This is a great anthem song. I can only imagine what it would be like with a crowd singing along.
Someone get the editor, he forgot the Napalm intro!
This is probably the most underappreciated comment on this video. I'm laughing my ass off. :D :D :D
Not a single video of Beyond the Black has the Napalm Intro. Because they paired up with two labels - Napalm Records and Airforce One. So Napalm Records don't have the rights alone. I think that's the reason why Beyond the Black doesn't get the Napalm Intro!
ahaha, right !
He's dead.
Oh I'm writing an angry letter to their main office! That is unforgivable!
Napalm records has been coming through for many years now
Epic music
Love the song and video💜💜💜💜💜💜
