@@amoghshekharhiremath6627 no bro, they are different. In vignere calculations will be same as told , doesn't matter if key is equal to text or not. Even when key doesn't match with plain text , we are putting keys from ourselves in vignere , so vignere and vernam cipher are different .

Sir i think you have made mistake
For Encryption : find xor of Plain text and key which results cipher text
For Decryption : find xor of cipher text and key which results in plain text

The difference between vigenere and vernam is in vigenere key value is repeated untill the plain text length is completed and in vernam key value is different and it should be same as length of plain text .Is it true
