@@amoghshekharhiremath6627 no bro, they are different. In vignere calculations will be same as told , doesn't matter if key is equal to text or not. Even when key doesn't match with plain text , we are putting keys from ourselves in vignere , so vignere and vernam cipher are different .

The difference between vigenere and vernam is in vigenere key value is repeated untill the plain text length is completed and in vernam key value is different and it should be same as length of plain text .Is it true

vernam cipher is special case of vignere ciphere where the length of plain text is equal to length of key

This is wrong. We need to perform XOR operation after converting the alphabets into binary format.
