Also hilarious watching you tey to say its shit then having the most genuine smile on your face when going around the roundabout 🤣 Finally can i just say whoever welded that diff did an amazing job, best looking welded diff ive seen in a long time 💪
@@RacingDiffs I can confirm they are not great if don't like old people looking at you in disgust as they think your car is broken 🤣 Other than that and the slight extra tyre wear I wouldn't change my welded for anything ( but then I literally only drive my drift car to and from the track)
Hello guys , thanks for the video and im really interested about your product.I'm driving a bmw e92 320d daily and intensivly and im making between 30-40k kilometers range per year.Most of them are on a highway and my question is : Is there any chance of slipping the wheels with normal highway speed like 120 kmh to max 150-160 kmh on a highway with a little sharp turns, is this risky.That's the only reason why im still wondering and haven't bought them yet :D.Is the diff kit safe enought for my usage ?? Great topic and thank you for making this video and the ones to come! I highly doubt that someone that doesn't know what will happen when a diff is welded would weld a diff. So I also don't think someone that doesn't know what to do if their rear end over steers is really something that is a concern in that case. Not that every one is perfect in their driving or skills at all times. I am wondering what the traction control can actually do in the case of a welded diff? Since it can't brake the single wheel if it's slipping like I understand BMW DTC does or maybe it's the DTS that does that more? LOL. I 'm not sure. Maybe it would make things a bit more unpredictable if you have the DTC left on? I'm not sure. I guess that's one thing to find out in your series here.
I'm my drift car I unplugged the wheel speed sensors so abs/DSC/traction control no longer works. With the sensors in not much happens other than a little dip in power and the traction light flickers ( although that's normal driving, haven't drifted with them connected)
Good video except I didn't like the fact that the camera didnt show how LSD does on turns long enough, literally 2 seconds and they changed the camera from the wheel and when it had the welded diff they kept the camera on the wheel for a much longer time. At 7:55-7:58 you can see what I'm talking about.
Nice video, the main suggestion from LSD kit user - try not to do clutch-kicks on 5-6k rpm =) I broke my diff totally with that. PS In that trading center my car with lsd was making a lot of tires noise

Hello Guys, i have an e36 318i manual transmission, i wanted to know if there is an increase in torque from o to 100! And what do you recomend for my car as a daily driving
You can improve 0-100 time by installing LSD as you will have better traction on the start. Instead of 1 wheel peel, both of wheels will push the car forward. You can also benefit from shortening the gear ratio. But be careful. Don't go too short as you will mess up highway drive and increase consumption.
