Unless the hair was tested under different conditions and looked under a microscope the shampoo and conditioner is not that personalized. People misdiagnosed their skin and hair all the time. For an example for facial skin: you have greasy oily skin with pimples and white heads so you would believe your skin to be oily but more times than not it’s bc your skin is in fact dry and that is the skins way of helping itself. So you might think your hair is one way when it might be lacking in something else. Just bc a RUclipsr likes it doesn’t mean it’s great. We don’t know the behind the scenes of how the product was for her.
