No it doesn't. But speed is just better than big (Like a volcano, and big is super inefficient). I made a CPU in minecraft that is like 70x20x70 (X,Y,Z) and it's running at a rate of 6 ticks, 3Ticks on, 3Ticks off. And this is a calculator and no computer u idiot. :P

But it can only do 1 digit addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
So the size-to-usefulness ratio is pretty big...
