I'm probably the only person to notice this, but the ghoullettes have different a different keyboard setup, probably because they didn't want to send the Mellotron and Moog to Japan, risking damage. It appears they're just using relatively cheap midi controllers and software. Things even sound different
GhostBCfan1 a lot of the crowd were wearing either Slayer or Ghost shirts. They went over really well. They didn’t know too much of the words though but everyone was talking about them afterwards
Liquid Jonathon They are not famous here in Japan. This is their first time to come to Japan in five years. I hope they get bigger after this live so that they can come here again soon.
@@notramesses4790 it's too straight-forward, on the nose. They more flourishes that feel unique and add a more human touch. i.e. the drum fills on Slipknot's first album
If we’re being honest here Tobias really doesn’t want much flavor. He does really like his performances scripted and carries the band as such. To me that’s actually what makes them unique but I get exactly what you’re saying. I know what I’ll get when I see them and I also know it’ll be the exact same show in a different city where a band such as slipknot does tend to switch it up. I hope this makes sense

Yea, they're probably just using software for this show; it does sound different.
@@CED3 you're probably right. The more I listen the guitars even sound different, like thinner. Maybe amp emulation or something.
most major bands don't ship their gear to a different country, they leave it stored there for the next tour there, that could be one reason
