- So we already got Allie's anti-biotic drops for her eye, which we described in the last episode. This is our last day in Florence and because of eye issues we never made it to the Piazzale Michelangel!! So we took our last day/evening in Florence to head over and check out the view. I really wanted to get some drone shots of the city from this angle but I'm pretty sure it is frowned upon to do so. Check out this episode to see what it's like to ride on bikes in the streets of Firenze and check out the awesome views of the Duomo and the Santa Maria Del Fiore.

Wow I just loved the drone footage! Thanks for taking me along on your journey. I can no longer fly due to a genetic disease called Fibrous Dysplasia. It causes bone tumors and my skull is full of them. This makes the pressure changes in an airplane unbearable. So my dreams of traveling to Europe will not happen. So I greatly appreciate traveling along with you two via your videos. The whole reason we are working towards our own van conversion is so that I can at least travel the U.S. and see her splendour. I hope one day to meet you both in person, you've been a great inspiration. Much love! ~ Melissa

I think Allie has the Viral version of pink eye. There are 2 kinds, Bacterial (most common) and viral. I had the viral for the first time last year and it's a whole different animal. Takes 7 to 10 days to heal, no matter what drops you get. I did get 2 medicine drops from a Eye Dr here, a steroid gel type of drop, and something else that I forget.
We were worried about that!! That doesn’t sound like fun. Waiting that long to hear sounds miserable 😭

That bike ride was somewhat alarming, but well worth the trip. The drone shots were c'est magnifique! (had to look up how to spell that, haha) What a beautiful place. Can't wait to see the next stop. You two cuties always make me smile . . .you're always so happy and seem to get along so well. P.S. Please, no more bike rides in traffic. My heart can't take it. :)

If you have used the antibiotic eye drops for more than 48 hours and there is no improvement at all then you should maybe go back to see the doctor?
