Does iCloud backup on phone iOS also has encrypted backup option like on iTunes? Or encrypted backups are only performed by computer?

I did everything but the back-up still won't progress :( So scared that something might happen and I have no back-up for my data cause I deleted the previous back-up huhu. It just keeps saying "Estimating time remaining".

RIVERA, BLESSIE MICA sis, Yes, but make sure to turn off icloud photos or better, sign out of icloud when you do it, because, if icloud photos are synced with your iPhone, when you delete the Photos from iPhone they will also be deleted from icloud.😇

xJZSH bro, it is better to keep your iPhone on charge while backing up, you need at least 50% charge in iPhone to complete the task otherwise.😊

You save yourself a headache and buy an extra $50 GB for $1 US or $1.29 CAN or whatever the currency of your country and that is per month. Once your backup is successful then you can save your photos to your laptop or any other device then cancel your monthly subscription if you don’t want to continue paying for extra storage.

I do have the exact problem on my wife's iPhone , I purchased 200GB iCloud extra storage but still can not perform the backup , The blue par stock and the time keeps increasing , last night it said 12 hours to finish , I cam next morning and it increased to 17 hours !!. Sir Fa bro, You will need a Computer to get end to end encryption for backup. You won’t be able to do it from iPhone.😊
