    Wow, I can't believe a plugin company actually listened for once! I'm a beta tester for most of the large plugin developers and even there it's difficult to be heard sometimes. Very appreciative!

    Great news. Makes the plugins way more trustworthy.
    Good idea making it optional.
    Wonder how the CPU performance is in reality

    Thank you G and the team at Tone Empire for this great new feature and improvement! Love the APX-351. Keep it coming

    Love the humility of acknowledging an issue with this level of transparency and fixing it.

    Thank you!! Awesome! Super excited to try them now! I am super sensitive to accumulation of aliasing and higher frequencies using many plugins... (I do give Tonex a pass because a little aliasing on an overdriven guitar or two doesn't usually register much, and their machine learning is so good.. I am really excited about trying your plugins now! Machine learning is awesome technology for plug-in programming!

    Will there be updates for model 5000, black q etc? Also maybe an idea for sample x to upgrade it to effect and also sampling with it.

  • @Mike_Benz_
    @Mike_Benz_ 10 месяцев назад +4

    Loc-ness could really benifit from this, oversampling in the plugin doesnt really do much other than use more CPU.

    Would recommend hire a new designer for your UI, I can even give it a go. Because your quality is on par & better than UAD or Acustica but the UI could be turning people off. Look at Acustica Mystic for example, I think they got most of their sales on the UI alone.

      Just my opinion. Friend of mine said the same, looks pretty bad honestly. The OptoRED was a nice design, this just looks cheap. Or at least go more photo-realistic to the original unit

      Go check the acustica mystic or sonimus n-console, those UIs make me want to work with them, this sounds better but it's not very inviting at all.

    The biggest issue with all of your plugins has been that they do NOT work or sound the same in different sample rate sessions. A 44.1kHz session with your plugins does NOT sound the same as a 48kHz session. This is simply unacceptable in 2023 (or even 10 years ago this was unacceptable). If this X2 thing fixes _that problem_ then you finally solved your biggest issue. You simply can not sell plugins at premium prices that are not working correctly in industry standard samplerates (that would be 44.1kHz, 48kHz and 96kHz.. and some would even consider 192kHz standard).

    • @gdayal9
      @gdayal9 9 месяцев назад

      Yes now these are all compatible for upto 192k .. check out the demo :)

    Guys you can’t call yourself a developer of Neural Plug-ins as neural dsp already claimed the term years ago and it’s a household name..

    • @gdayal9

      cpu required will be more ! :)

    • @matt_nyc_audioengineer
      @matt_nyc_audioengineer 10 месяцев назад +1

      Why would you want it on all the time? There are times when oversampling isn't even needed and even more importantly, it can take away from the sound. Drums for example. It's rare I turn on oversampling on drums and thought it sounded better.

  • @RobertCow

    What about cpu consumption ?

    • @gdayal9
      @gdayal9 10 месяцев назад

      It will be heavier for sure about 2x + regular usage . On newer machines it should be no problem . For old machines , one can use a large buffer size when rendering final session . So it can be used in either situation .
