Apparently they were going to and there are pictures with Joey having it on, but apparently they couldn't stop laughing about it because they thought it looked 'silly' and went without. If you look up the pictures it makes Joey look younger and adorable...But yeah lol
In the games his appearance is a lot more colourful and flamboyant than this. He'a also a more confident smooth talker, as opposed to the show, where he's a little clumsy and foolish. Still a great character.
