Where is "Jubilee for 25 years anniversary of Red Army" ? it never played again since collapse of soviet union. (except on st petersburg parade)

Actually, it was played on red square up until 2003 when it was replaced as the opening march. Hopefully it will return as nostalgia for the soviet union grows.
