This is the second of your videos I've watched and I've enjoyed the recipes and the presentation and the general approach....but I was horrified by the "white cooking wine" in this recipe. There isn't, or shouldn't be, an abomination known as cooking wine. There's wine that's good enough to drink and that's what you use for cooking.
