This man is a beast....you have to react to some live performances!!! (literally ANY of them) He's only got one actual video, and that's to his song Fire Away...the rest of his stuff is just the audio or live performances.
BrosReact0151 no need to be sorry..just a heads up...I don’t know how to leave a link but you will have a tough time finding something that isn’t good👍👍
Born in 1978, after Elvis died; Stapleton is still relatively young, but an old, old soul from the start. He's successfully merged genuine old-school country&western with Stax-like 60s soul music! He's gifted with a great voice, and uses imagination and heart rather than autotune. He's the real deal for the 21st century. When he had a more boyish face, it almost looked kinda weird! But in a good way. Like "how is he doing that?" By the time he was grown, the 21st century dawned. He gives me hope that more 21st century singers will do real music, stripped of all the technocrud of today. I don't want to sound old and moldy, but there are things today that are just ruining music in all genres, and this fellow won't have any part of it. That's about all I know about him. I'm glad he's doing what he's doing when he's doing it! Which is now.👍 Thank you for your reaction.
He’s a blues/country artist. Y’all have to react to all his live performances. He sounds even better live! He doesn’t need computers to help him! That’s him playing the guitar by the way.
So glad you enjoyed the suggestion, great reaction ! please, please if you like guitar do Stevie Ray Vaughn ( Voodoo Child) he is unreal and I know you won't regret it. Any Chris Stapleton is amazing (live) he's even better live . Chris Stapleton and Stevie Ray Vaughn get more views than anybody !
Chris is a living legend. You have to watch some live performances to truly appreciate his talent. Here's a link to him singing "Tennessee Whiskey" live. His wife is singing backup vocals. ruclips.net/video/IBLruNfUqUs/видео.html Here's another song from the same concert called "I Was Wrong" ruclips.net/video/Ql3Vz2642pk/видео.html and a song called "Sometimes I Cry" live at the Bing Lounge ruclips.net/video/Lq3Av1IA8rc/видео.html I promise, you'll be blown away!
Please react to "Fire Away" by Chris Stapleton. It has to be the video or you'll not understand the depth of the song and what the song is about! Which an important topic!!
If you really want to blow your mind as to how good Chris is; Listen to the original song by David Allan Coe in 1981 & George Jones' cover in 1983. You will shut those off halfway through because they do not hold a candle to Chris' version. BTW; the back up singer is his wife. Listen to Chris" cover of JB's It's A Man's World.
Country music started over 100 years ago and was a melding of folk storytelling and 12 bar blues. Any country that isn't bluesy isn't country music imo. For example, Hank Williams sr. Amazing country blues.
I grew up never liking country music at all but sometimes it’s all about timing. I found country when the time was right for me. I’m 46 now and got into country in 1993 when I was 21. I was driving and was just in the frame of mind to get lost in a song and the right one came on (All These Years by Sawyer Brown) and it stayed in my ears, my mind, and in my heart for days afterward until I had to buy the CD. That’s how it started for me. I love how country songs paint vivid pictures and that each one is its own story. Please review/react to Alyssa Lies by Jason Michael Carroll, All These Years by Sawyer Brown, Not That Different by Collin Raye, Till I Was A Daddy Too by Tracy Lawrence, Remember When by Alan Jackson, You’re Gonna Miss This by Trace Adkins, Just A Dream by Carrie Underwood, Don’t Take The Girl by Tim McGraw, Matches by Sammy Kershaw, I’m Not Strong Enough To Say No by Blackhawk, and I Still Believe In You by Vince Gill!!! That, my friends, would give you a nice look at how great country music was, especially in the 90s (the best decade for this genre).
I also remember the first country song I heard which made me fall in love with this music genre. It was 1998 and I was 17. Here in Germany they hardly play any country music at all. But we had that new pay-per-view decoder and I noticed it also featured some music channels. Switched throught them and when I tuned in to the country music channel they were playing "No more looking over my shoulder" from Travis Tritt. The lyrics, the rythm, the voice. I was hooked immediately. It was directly followed by "Hearts are gonna roll" from Hal Ketchum which also became an instant favorite of mine. Since then I kept soaking up more and more country songs. I especially love the 90's country songs, in my opinion the best decade for country music.
adamweishaupt81 Thanks for your reply and for sharing how you found country, even in Germany where it’s rare to hear. Country tells it like it is and if there’s any emotion that you’re dealing with, this genre will bottle those feelings up and make music that will hopefully help you. I think that’s why it’s my go-to music. Sure, I’ll listen to AC/DC, Josh Groban, Luis Miguel, Phil Collins, The Platters, etc., but I find that the older I get the more I forego other genres for country music. I grew up in Alaska and saw Hal Ketchum play at the state fair. I sang right along, especially when he sang Stay Forever and Tonight We Just Might Fall In Love Again. Alaska didn’t draw many bands or artists up there but now that I live in Texas I’m able to catch up on so many concerts that I missed. Speaking of Travis Tritt, I will be driving up to Oklahoma to see him in concert in December. I can’t wait! Best wishes my friend!
@@planojag595 Yeah, I completely agree with you. I would also say that I have a wide range of musical interests. From Elvis to Motown, from AC/DC to Whitesnake, from Huey Lewis to Clapton, I think it covers a lot. However, no other genre has managed to get this range of emotions. Simple fun like in "Sold" by John Michael Montgomery or "Drink, Swear, Steal and Lie" by Michael Peterson to thoughtfulness and sadness like in your recommended "Alyssa Lies" by Jason Michael Carroll or "Concrete Angel" by Martina McBride, which goes in a very similar direction. I wish you a lot of fun at the Travis Tritt concert and all the other concerts that are to come. Best wishes, too.
@@ritaprice1715 I had to look it up, and I was curious as well. Liverpool took its immigration from two mains areas - Lancashire and the North West, as well as Ireland. I think it’s probably the marriage of features of Irish - both Gaelic and Irish English - and Lancashire speech, which built the foundations of Scouse.
Nice reaction guys!! Keep up the good work! In my opinion, Kentucky Bourbon tastes better than Tennessee Whiskey. The song Tennessee whiskey is a favorite tho!!😁
Hi guys, thanks for doing the detailed playlist.Look up the cma show that Chris did with tennesse whiskey and drink you away Make sure you use the vidio, Its a combo with Justin Timberlake. Do Blake Shelton's God's Country.
So they Scottish?????
You should ask your girls to dance 🙂👍
The only Tennessee whiskey I know of is Jack Daniels, and that isn’t smooth at all. Good, but not smooth.
Depends on how you drink it
Jedi Mind Gentleman Jack is pretty damn smooth for whiskey.
George Dickel
What language are you speaking

Not another one. 🤦♂️. You Really haven't heard this song before by now fellas??
Country music is not that popular in the UK.
So much soul!
