  • Veliko Tarnovo is among the most popular cities in Bulgaria. And there is a reason. I am always happy to visit it and walk through its colorful streets. The weekend we spent in the old capital of Bulgaria filled me with a very good mood for weeks to come. There are too many things to do and see in the area and traditionally we have not been able to see everything. But we had time to admire the autumn, which had settled in the city. There was no way we could not see the Tsarevets fortress, and this time, fortunately for me, "Sound and Light" was broadcast. 😊
More than 15 years ago, I first had a wine tasting at a chateau in Burgundy, France. Years later, I can say that I have visited several wineries and they have all been out of the country. It was a mistake I had to change. Yalovo Winery is the first Bulgarian winery I visit. I loved it! I also had the good fortune to meet Joro, whom I had not seen for years. It is always a pleasure for me to talk about wine with him! Good wine is made in Bulgaria. Wine tourism in the country is still gaining strength, and wine is a topic that excites me greatly and I hope we will have the opportunity to show more good Bulgarian wineries.
