Osechi is just not a food, it's an art work. When my family visited in Kyoto last October, we ate Kaiseki and it was so great experience. I love japanese food casue they are so delicate and sensitive. Your food looks more beautiful, because maybe you bought a new cool table. Plating is so gorgeous. As a Korean, I'm impressed in that you made some special food with Kimchi. I think it's a nice trying. I've been watched your videos for a long time, so I feel some intimacy with you.
