Since y'all do not bother joining the actual game itself and look at what the muffins do in the trailer, i'll give you an explanation about every muffin in the trailer you nerds
[NOTE]: I assume that tumore mode will have the insane mode abilities that EVERY muffin has in mk2. Theres a few things that gives a visual change, although not all of them give visual changes.
[ANOTHER NOTE]: I'm a MK2 tester, NOT a TBB tester.

[Insane mode ability]: Upon reaching half health, cries till death. The cry will damage nearby enemies that are in range

A miniboss/dangerous muffin that calls an insane number of airstrikes onto enemies. In the trailer, its just 1 airstrike on a random enemy
[Insane mode ability]: Now can use nukes that deals half the damage to the flag. Better take em out before they nuke the flag!

guys i have a theory
on 0:12 0:25 0:33 and 0:37 these are the tumored mode enemies and judging by the diffrent map appearance and if you didnt know for each subchapter, stage 1-4, 6-9 11-14, 16-19 (depending on how long they are) the areas do not change and for each 5 stages they are diffrent 0:17 like here for example and i might predict that this is stage 5 and at 0:50 this might be the boss of this subchapter
edit: i was wrong about the guy in 0:50 being a boss, a mod proved it

At 0:12 you're correct, as the stage name says 'dose of iron' before it changes, but the name still is dose of iron.
