- Ash gourd also known as winter melon,wax gourd,white pumpkin.it is a fruit/vegetable native to parts of Southern Asia.approximately the same size and color as a watermelon.The fruit is touted to offer various health benefits and has been used in traditional sri lankan Ayurvedic medicine for centuries.mostly ash gourd consist with water and fiber.hence helps to better digestion.Ash gourd also contains protein,energy,vitamin C,iron,magnesium, phosphorus,copper, and manganese, as well as various other B vitamins.today I've prepared an ash gourd curry and salad,home made meatballs curry which was delectable and very easy recipe. Anybody wants to try it?😃Half cooked sessile joyweed with scrapped coconut also known as sessile joyweed mallum is so yummy.and also nutritious.you can get lots of benefits from the nature.as i always invite to you,get closed to the nature.live this small life as a great human being untill death.May triple gem bless you.Your loving Poorna ❤️

මම දන්න තරමින් පුහුල් වලට බොහෝ දෙනා කැමති නෑ.ටිකක් දිය ගතිය නිසා වෙන්න ඇති.ඒත් පුහුල් වලින් ගොඩක් කෑම හදන්න පුලුවන්.පුහුල් කිරට කහ පාටට උයනවා.කලුවට බොරටත් උයනවා.මං හදපු විදියටත් හදලා බලන්නකෝ.බත් එක්ක විතරක් නෙවෙයි රොටි,ඉදිආප්ප වගේ දෙයක් එක්ක උනත් කන්න පුලුවන්.ඒ වගේම හාල් පොල් කබලෙ බැදලා දාගත්තම පුදුම සුවදයි..බොරුනම් හදලම බලන්නකෝ..
සාමාන්‍යයෙන් බත් එකට කොල මැල්ලුමක්,ඇඹුලට සම්බලයක් එහෙම තියෙනවානම් තමයි කෑම වේල තවත් සම්පූර්ණ වෙන්නේ.අපේ නැන්දලගේ කොටුව තියෙන්නෙ මේ කිට්ටුවමයි.උදේම ගිහින් මුකුණුවැන්න මිටියකුත් කඩාගන ආවේ මුකුණුවැන්න මැල්ලුමට තාත්තා ගොඩක් ආස නිසා වගේම පුහුල් මාලුවට මැල්ලුමක් තිබුනම තවත් රස නිසා.ගෙදරම හදමු මස් බෝල කරියත් ඒකටම හරි ගියා.තාත්තනම් ගොඩාක් ආසවෙන් කෑවා..අන්තිමට පුහුල් පලතුරු අයිස් වැඩිපුරම කෑවේ කව්ද දන්නවද?... මල්ලී..😀
පුහුල් දෝසි...මගෙ නම් ආසම රසකැවිල්ලක්..පුහුල් හිරමනෙන් ගාලත් දෝසි හදනවා.මං හදන්නේ පුහුල් කෑලි පිටින්ම කොටු කපලා අරගෙන.මං ඒකට මගේ රෝස පැල තවානෙන් කඩාගත්තු මල් පෙති දාලා රෝස සුවද පුහුල් දෝසි හදන්නයි යන්නේ.ඇත්තමයි හරිම සුවදයි..මෙහෙම හදනකොට පියවර කිහිපයක් තියෙනවා.ඒ නිසා ඔයාලට පුහුල් දෝසි කන්න වෙන්නේ ඊලග දවසේ තමයි....😍
