Taeil is probably the one you're talking about high notes, he usually is the one hitting them and Doyoung does sometimes. Haechan might but he hits the high notes more often in Dream. Youngest member of NCT all together is Jisung but once Seunghan joins he will be as he's born in 2003 and Jisung is born 2002. Haechan is the youngest in 127
A lot of kpop idols speak English and most groups have at least one. Some kpop groups might have a Korean member who is fluent because in South Korea English is taught in high school and its also seen as being smart to be fluent in English. Kpop has a wide variety of foreign idols, which most countries speak English so like idols from Canada, America, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and China are going to speak English fluently or semi fluently. So it's very common in kpop now to have idols fluent in English! :) NCT is so diverse since they have so many members so overall they have different languages in their group.
