I got 92 drew tranquil up to 99 on my kc theme team. Hes basically 99 everything except 95 zone 90 man and mlb and gets almost every ability for 0 . Flat zone ko, mid zone ko, acrobat, lurk artist, more choices than any regular 99. Then he gets chem for the chiefs theme team and the separate boost of chiefs which I did power run and it’s basically +2 on everything … go check them out some of the cards are slept on.
