Thanks so much for posting these on RUclips. I don't get a chance to watch live and even with these I can't watch a lot but I can at least listen and peak while I work.
It was great to be there and great to meet all these cool people on the grid walk. I think my favorite part of my time there was the WeatherTech Porsche slamming into the grid barrier. Another cool thing was seeing the last Mazda lmp2. An end of an era I’ll say.
I grew up 2 miles from the track. Watched all the can am and grand prix racing in the 60s and 70s. Alot of good times. I remember when the drivers used to line up and run for their cars at the start of the race. Over the years i even got to meet some of the grand prix drivers at the kendel tech center as they where working on the cars at night . I was there at the boot when Jackie Stewarts co driver crashed on the saturday before the big race.

Great stuff, Thank you IMSA, Jeremy Shaw adds massive quality to the whole show, working out all the laps/fuel etc. Why did they not race the 48 Ally car? Was it something to do with a penalty from the last lap crash in the 6 hour race? Regards Kev.

Curious: if safety is paramount -- as evidenced by the lightning-related stoppage -- why just one poor crew member allowed to struggle with covering the car? It seems like two could get the job done a lot quicker (and therefore, safer)...

Is it just me or Albuquerque & Cameron really let Taylor’s and Pla hard work go to waste?😩 I just feel like Albuquerque driving a little scary compared to Taylor while Cameron just said idgaf.
shame that when the race go under a red flag situation that they Dont actually stop the countdown clock, with it continusely running even under a red flag that means that once the race gets going again, no matter how long the delay is, that means Less time actually racing once the cars are allowed back out ion the course.....
How stupid that the "race clock" keeps running in a RED flag?! NO problem with them stopping for lightning/safety, but what is the point of keeping the clock running??? Pro drivers turn into pumpkins after 2hr40min?? Or like there was something so important that was happening right after this race?? Also can't believe they did a 20min yellow with pit stops for NOTHING (stalled car). That always drives me crazy!

Its time for Imsa to usher in the Hypercars from LeMans and get rid of all those big ugly wings in the rear. In the 60s 70s they didn't need all that ugly giant wing to go fast.
