The problem is that if they made it unlimited durability everyone would just use the master sword and not have fun experimenting with other weapons
@@thewyvernshunter I think it's more true to the lore that way. The master sword is not automatically the most powerful sword. It's a vessel of sacred magic that you have to fill and maintain. I think in the game, the master sword doesn't actually run out of power so much as Link purposefully only use the bare minimum that he can tap into without diminishing the true power it contains, as he needs it to fight Ganondorf.
@@dusitn_ ah yes that's why how to break weapons faster videos are far more famous than infinite durability ones. Break other weapons if you want but the master sword feels like any other weapon in the game, besides having not the best damage and the same moveset as every other sword, but because it also breaks, I'll give it this though it's the only sword that's meant to be so powerful that also needs constant charging, never in media I have seen anything similar
I feel like upgrading the master sword to allow several fusions on it at once should be a core feature
Thing is then they'd end up with just breath of the wilds difficultty, like people farming lynels day and night and doing calamity Ganon as, a warm up

2 and 3 are at quarter power
@@robosharkiee thing is, this game is easier than BOTW. From the crazy death machines that you can build to play the game for you, to the OP fuse mechanic, to the anti slip armor, to the fact you can even repair weapons now thanks to octoroks, to the fact that the Hylian shield is even easier to get now, to ascend making getting on top of places a breeze, even the mid-air wing technique letting you fly over all of Hyrule. This game is miles easier than BOTW
Keep in mind I love both games, but to claim TOTK is harder then BOTW is just wrong.
I would have it more fusions makes it runs out of energy faster. With no fusions it won’t run out, that way people who don’t like their weapons breaking don’t have to worry but to get extra damage comes at a cost to so it’s not overkill.

Also TOTK is still easier, you just restricted yourself by not building, or even cooking (that doesn’t make it harder you just made it harder yourself… please don’t take that out of context)

Do you know why it's making all my weapons have this effect, not only the glitched master sword? Even when I drop the weapon, all my weapons keep this effect.
@@SilverHawk0987 you can try closing the game and opening it again or resting at a campfire
@@_zombiezone these options didn't work, what I had to do was drop all the weapons I used for the glitch, if you save and pick back up the weapons the effect doesn't go away until you drop them again. One cool side effect is that when I dropped the "unfused weapons" they dropped another fused master sword.
Maybe this could be useful for other glitches, I'd have to do some testing.
Little curious; does this mean that I'm able to add all these effects upon an already fused master sword, allowing me to both use the effects, but also keep that insane dmg?
Just completed my clean, glitchless play through of ToTK. Which means all these glitches are now free for me to abuse :))

Complete combining of [Fire + Ice + Lightning + Light + Molduga Jaw]
I'll try my best to explain here.
5 master swords needed;
MS1: MS Molduga Jaw
MS2: MS Light Dragon Horn
MS3: MS Fire
MS4: MS Ice
MS5: MS Lightning
Step 1) Equip MS1 > Drop 6 shields > Drop MS1 > equip MS2 > ++ > drop MS2 > ++ > equip MS3 > ++
If successful u will find MS2 have Molduga jaw + Light Dragon Horn hologram.
Step 2) Equip MS2 (the one with duo Hologram) > Drop 6 shields > Drop MS > equip MS3 > ++ > drop MS3 > ++ > equip MS4 > ++
Now you should see your MS3, 4 , 5 have Single Elemental and both Hologram.
Step 3) Equip MS3 > Drop 6 shields > Drop MS3 > equip MS4 > ++ > drop MS4 > ++ > equip MS5 > ++
Right now, you should have 2 Master Swords that have Duo Elemental + Hologram.
Step 4) Equip Duo elemental MS (3/4/5) > Drop 6 shields > Drop MS > equip Duo elemental MS (3/4/5) > ++ > drop MS > ++ > equip Single elemental MS (3/4/5) > ++
Once successful, either TWO of the MS (3/4/5) will be Duo elemental with Holo, while ONE will be Triple Elemental with Holo.
equip each of your MS (3/4/5) and swing around to see which one has Triple Elemental and Hologram.
Step 5) Equip Triple elemental MS > Drop 6 shields > Drop MS > equip duo elemental MS (3/4/5) > ++ > drop MS > ++ > equip MS2 > ++
Upon doing this last step, you will find all of your Master Sword 1-5 will be Triple Elemental with hologram.
The last step is essential for Healing/Light elemental to work.
Lastly Equip MS2 and hit the stone pillars in the shrine and observe whether your HP recovers by hitting it. (in my case only MS2 have healing attribute along with every other effects)
Sidenote; I am not sure how to calculate the damage of this weapon, i killed a molduga with 1 time bomb + 2 hits.
Took me a while to get it right, but I finally got it! Thank you!
How do you keep it permanently fused (not counting dropping it or sitting at the campfire) ?

This looks more than awesome!!! They should include this shit in game as some kind of super power that lasts 20 seconds. Something like fury mode.
The fusion reverts back to a single fusion once you leave the game, regardless if you teleport out of the shrine or not. I managed to follow this guide to a T multiple times (easily i might add considering he took the long route. Yes there is a slightly shorter way to approach this glitch, also a temporary one 😔) the problem with this is that it runs on save files so as soon as you close the game out and return, it converts it back to a single attachment unfortunately. Your best bet is to just use the base as the scim of the seven and fuse it with the lynel horn 🤷
if you just want a single infinite fusion, any base weapon is fine it doesn't affect anything and ome fusion won't have any breaks or visual bugs if you save and load and don't pick up the thing you used to fuse
Just don't close the game then

So I have a quick question on this. If you fuse it with a scimitar of the seven are you able to get another one afterwards? I’m p sure you can only get one at a time, and from the looks of the glitch it says that the main weapon in the fusion is the other weapons that were glitch fused onto it (in this case the Scimitar of the Seven)

Just want to say that you can alternatively use the "L>map>smash dpad right” item duplicatation method instead. It has the same "smuggling" effect.
It would be much easier and you don't need the shields to overload the game. Plenty of videos on yt on that.
Not sure if it will still work on 1.1.2 though. It works for me on 1.1.0.
i don’t think he explained the last part right. You need 2 fused element swords(thunder+ice,thunder+fire or fire+ice)and one regular fused with just one element to get 3 elements on one. Once u have that then the one with only one element should be the second one you drop. For example equip thunder+ice stand in the right spot drop shields then drop that weapon. Equip fire then press ++ drop fire then equip fire+ice then press ++. Works every time
I already have 2 master swords, 1 with electricity and 1 with ice and I want to fuse those 2 together could you explain step by step how to do that?

Thank you for this. I had been doing countless times as per this video wondering where I went wrong, and that was it. The “common single element” has to be the second one dropped, not the first as per the video.

@@MoistMozzarellaSticks then lighting should be the first one you drop and frost should be the last weapon you equip during the steps. the second weapon could be anything i think. For example equip lightning stand in spot drop shields then drop lightning. Equip any weapon (preferably the fire cause i never tried without another fused element) press ++ then drop that one then equip frost then ++ and you’re good 😊

Something I found though not sure if it's just me but it seems once I have the Master Sword with all 3 elementals on it every single weapon I have in my inventory has a random effect on it as well which I'm not mad about but just thought I would mention it. I also found that if I drop a random crappy weapon I don't want my Master Sword with all the 3 elements on it reverts back to the single element it's fused with (and all other weapons go back to normal) so I would definitely advise people to keep each master sword in their inventory for when they want to recreate it 🙂
Works on 1.0.0 took me a few hours to figure everything out but I’ve got it consistent working.
1: put right foot in between the square and in the middle of the 2nd rectangle from the wall
2: dropping a wing fused shield first/ and all shields
3: IMPORTANT: (your equipped sword being 1st and 3rd weapon dropped will combine abilities not the middle one).
Ex: Holding fire/drop then ice and ++, holding ice/drop then thunder and ++, will combine [Thunder/ Fire. ]
4:To fuse all 3 simply hold/drop your first fuses being [T/F] then hold fire and ++, and make Ice the last one and ++.
5: To add all element together to your +10 Molduga you’ll just hold your I/T/F (ice/thunder/fire) master sword first repeat the same steps you’ve done and your 3rd and last fused weapon should be your +10 Molduga. Hope that helps 👍🏼
Lastly you just need to hit right on the D-pad and switch between weapons and back to your last made master sword like in @4:00
Thanks for puttin this together! It's possible to zuggle the shield onto the ms for the ability to parry/block, but can you also add that into the high damage effects like you're showing here?
You forget to mention the visual bug. Link cannot sheath his sword. Ever. Even during cutscenes and convos. For some, this can be a bit too immersion breaking.
I had to restart again because of this lol bothered me too much 🤦♂️
@Kamu Strengthen You don't need to reset. Rest at campfire, stable, or just drop the sword. The visual bug is normal to add fusion items to the MS.
Still their after resting... And dropping it gets rid of the effect and goes back to one element instead of 3

I started zuggling my nomsgfoumd last night after playing with the basic version all day, biggest mistake. I should have instantly fused that thing it is soooo useful. I have a nomsgfound for fireballs to light fires, a flux core crusher 3 for rocks and armor, a gloom spear for pure damage (if you put a gloom on top you get 0 negative effects), and soon a fan once I seperate them at tarry town. I also want to get an even higher damage nomsg than 70 or even just get gloom versions of each or fuse it with amiibo weapons (sword beam stacks with weqpon projectiles btw)
In my opinion, the master sword should not be able to be broken by defoult, by the time you have it, you will be swimming in weapons and good materials.
Tho for the sake of balancing, making it unable to fuse would be a worthy trade of for a weapon that cannot be broken.
Well, at least we have the true master sword known as msgnotfound.

I got mine in post game after ive finished the story, because i dont wana ruin the first playthrough for myself, but now in post game, its a blessing while just running all over hyrule, braking rocks and killing skeletons.
30 damage and unbreakable would be pointless endgame that’s like using a tree branch against a silver moblin and the master sword isn’t an end game weapon to begin with I got it with 15 shrines done in day one of launch
You can also add light dragon horn for healing, opal for water attack, and korok frond will give you wind slash every strike without charging. The frond, sadly, is temporary, but you can get 6 elements on there
Which six elements?? How would I go about adding them? Still on the 1.1.1 version. Eager to try this

How do you add the healing effect? I have a 3 elements ms and I can switch to the healing weapon and still have fire and thunder but not all 4 😢

Okay it works for me this way, instead of dropping shields I drop bows, just 3 bows that are the same, go to any wall face the other way and hold shield hit button A three times, then hold msg master sword, drop equip unfused, hit ++, drop equipped and equip another unfused and hit ++, everything else the same just dropping bows instead of shields and bashing the A three times
1:28 if for whatever reason you don't wanna do this wall, doing 2 parries will put you in position
Super fun! The only bother is that it won't sheath and the beam sound will forever play over the whole game play unless you drop the sword/take it out of your inventory :(
I'm not sure what I did exactly, maybe I forgot to drop all my shields before trying to combine the elemental fused MsgNotFound swords, but now ALL my weapons have at least 2 of the elements and some of them have all 3. Despite me not doing it for any weapon other than the MsgNotFound sword.
Also I can drop these weapons and they retain their elemental properties. Even my Master Sword proper has the elements applied,
you couldve tried with the eightfold longblade, im pretty sure it makes the elemental effects go further, might not work though im not sure

FYI everything reset if you close and open game; save game does not reset it. This is more of a weapon holding glitch, where you are confusing the game into thinking Link is hold 3 glitch fused master sword, each with a different element. If at any point you drop any of the 3 master swords to the ground, the glitch will result into a duplication instead. It's pretty easy to do, so there is that, but this also requires you to have all 3 weapon in the inventory
I think at this point these glitches are breaking the Geneva Convention
Soooo... I was curious because why not, I did not only the three elementals but also did one with a molduga jaw bone for the 1.8 times bone weap. prof. Add that to the 1.5 attack damage up and things might be a little broken now I think.

I did this and somehow the master sword effect went onto the scabbard of the scimitar of the seven and then when i dropped it i got 3 msg not founds and 1 of the attached flame master swords also after dropping the shields with say the thunder master sword if you drop the ice after dropping the thunder without doing the double + you can duplicate the thunder sword and get 3 more of them
so the description of my master swords say they are merged with my shield instead of the weapon so thats fun
could you do... like... a molduga jaw for the bone prof... thenn like a bunch of lynel horns and just get a bunch of damage?
You could technically add the Light Dragon‘s part to it as well to heal yourself per hit lol
Any tricks on how to get that ++ button press successful every time? Very cool video by the way. I am trying to get a master sword fused using technique on one of Blaine video. I have a hard time getting it right. The stand against close to the wall n ++ press. Can you use your technique for that without having to stand so close to the wall?

I got all that but uhh now if i equip another weapin its like the sword is fused with the diffrent weapon if i drop all 3 elemental weapons drop and i gotta start process over
What if you Use the magic staff as a base and replace the dragon claws with sapphire, ruby ? You think u can unbreakable master sword with the boosted magic effects???
Do you think combining a fourth master sword with a bone fused to it would add to the extra damage from certain armors?

You can actually do this to a silver saber/molduga fuse glitch and add on a 4th element like the light dragon horn's heal making it even more powerful.
whats the order of fusing it
So is only the three elementals like can I also attach light dragon piece to make it also heal along with the fire+ice+electric? Also can you stack it with an eightfold blade for the 16x sneak strike along with the elements + royal claymore for the damage boost that’s also like fused with silver lynel horn/or molduga jaw?
First I didn't want to do thar, but know... After getting the sword first thing after the intro, all you can use it for is the dungeon bosses and cenematic...
You don't have to use the sword if you want a challenge

I havent updated my game so the glitch still works but for some reason when i got to the dropping the weapon to fix the flame animation it dropped 3 master swords on the ground at the same time.
The OG master sword looks like a complete waste of time compared to these but you have to get it eventually. Too many steps for my brain to do but it’s pretty cool. Nice find.
Yeah it’s temporary too since it goes away if you sleep or die and stuff.
What did everyone Say the master Sword is long to obtain ? I just explore the Sky Island and Saw a dragon far away and then i could walk on it and now i have the master sword with only 5 hours of play Time 🤔 did i miss something or it's not the same master Sword maybe ?
Note: If you drop your equipped weapon that will reset the glitch. Loading a save after canceling the glitch will not restore it, as this glitch persists through save files. This is effectively a temporary buff that will not persist if you restart the game.

Nothing breaks it so far so please do not spread misinformation.
I got to the point where the elements would slightly combine like 2 different elements on one sword, but the 3rd element never came, I repeated the steps to get the 3rd element but it just ended up constantly duping the glitched master swords
Edit: AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF I FINALLY GOT ALL 3!!
Edit 2: pls help now all of my weapons show up as the glitched master sword and has the elemental effects
Last edit: don’t.. just don’t do this glitch, I spent nearly 2 hours trying to do this just for it to reset the sword into its original 3 elementals, when I loaded a save before it turned back into those 3 all that happens was it was just the fire elemental and that’s it, moral of the story, don’t waste 2 hours of your time trying to do this.. it’s not worth it

its normal for them to dupe and the reason the seperate is cause you were holding all 3 at the same time thats how you have all affects and there is a faster way to zuggle (zuggle is how you hold multiple weapons)
Honestly while the whole thing sounds super cool, and I did the glitch myself, it doesn’t sound worth it if i loose it while at a campfire, what does sound worth it, is a trio of master swords with 60 dmg each with a different element attached to them.
i like how he failed to get it to work, as he was only doing fire and thunder, then he jump cuts mid sentence to closing the menu and then he has all 3 elements, not explaining what he did wrong, or how he got it right (i had the same issue and got it working by dropping the swords in a different order not starting with the main element)
Same, I thought it was weird. Followed along step by step as well for a good 30 mins, until I tried different order, did lightning into ice into fire, and then ice into lighting into fire
I just did the glitch but for some reason while I was doing it the fake sword got stuck to my hand and I don't know how to fix it

Its a nice concept but the visual bug where Link cant ever sheathe his sword is too annoying and if you drop the master sword to get rid of it, it just splits back into all 3 elemental swords

So I’m not updating my game so I can do something like this. I’d do the whole thing but just found out from other comments that it isn’t fully permanent and will revert to a single fusion if you close out of the game. So I think I’ll either do a Lynel horn or a LD item to get infinite healing. Still deciding which I’d want more.

Every time I hear the unbreakable master sword .. I think about when Gannon took links arm in akward silence
I would use this but it just makes things not too fun. Plus I don't like the glitch where I'm constantly holding the sword even when my weapons away. And if I reload a save then it disappears

I would be cool if by collecting all three dragon horns you could combine all of them on the Master Sword and get the tri force Master Sword
we need to see a gleeok supreme weapon combine with damage multiplayer weapons like zora weapon.
I'm probably not gonna do this just because it would make gameplay too easy, but just the fact that this is possible in the first place is amazing and leads to some ridiculous headcanons lol

@@ReqchV1you underestimate no lifers dawg i beat ganon 2 days after i got the game and now im exploring the depths and getting every root. the final boss was crazy hard and took actual preparation before i took him on. had to learn his attack animations, the timing, and how to dodge with such little time to react. unlike calamity which was a total pushover. amazing game even with all its flaws.
Like he said any wall will work I use the building material wall. Just go to the wall face away from it pull your sword do three shield Perris and you'll be in the right spot

Okay after doing this glitch i had a few side effects
1. When i tried to do the glitch to fuse it to a light dragon scale it dropped 10 msgnotfound swords
2. The avatar sword is always in my hand even when i am running
3. All of my other weapons have the 2 elemental effects I transmuted onto my flame sword (they all have thunder and frost)
Yea this is a bad glitch, I somehow got like 6 master swords from this glitch 😂 at one point a managed to fused all of them together in one but it’s gone for some reason after I tried a different weapon glitch
If you drop the initial sword it should go away. I also equipped the actual master sword after idk if that makes a difference at all
I love how you cut the footage at 8:17 going from an incomplete sword to suddenly the final sword without explaining how you got there.
I did everything you said and got what you said I should have, but suddenly you cut to the next part to say I should have the final sword when you didn't even have it before
EDIT: I figured it out, you needed an additional drop which he did not mention nor show
Also it's important to note all of this is not happening on one sword, you are item smuggling two swords onto a third one, which he also did not mention
Wait can I have more details? I managed to fuse two together but when I attempt the third it fails and drops a fourth sword of one of the three elements.

The way this glitch works is that by doing the 3 drops in the inventory, it "ghost equips" that first weapon you dropped, called smuggling. So when you equip a different weapon, it equips that second weapon and its damage, but with the abilities of the smuggled weapon.
He didn't explain this at all, but you have to smuggle two weapons to get their effects, and just equip the final weapon and iirc it *should* do all three.
In my case that didn't work, and I had to smuggle all 3 weapons for it to do it.

I had trouble fusing all 3 together. I could get 2 together but nothing I did got all 3 on one sword.
I was trying to follow along with the video up to the point of fusing the elements onto each other. Did the exact same order, dropped lightning into ice, into fire. Ended up with a ice +lightning, and fire +lighting. However his video on the 2nd step for combining all 3 he mentioned the common element, and that's where I had troubles trying to follow along. Even in the video when he got towards his conclusion, he still only swung with fire and lightning. When I tried to follow along, it just dropped all dupes onto floor instead when I attempted to fuse all 3. What I did to for combining all 3 was dropping the ice +lightning into lightning, into my fire+lightning and that's what got me all 3.
Not sure if I'm just unlucky but I did all this and it worked, but as a result it made all my weapons produce an annoying buzzing noise that wouldn't go away.
when i did this glitch then all the other weapons in my inventory also gained ice and lightning power.. is there any way to make that go away but keep the op master sword still?

You can yeah. But it’s only 85 damage
I can’t get this to work… every time I get one sword with dual elements I make the next and it un breaks them all back to 4 swords with a duplicate

I got it to work, but closing the game and restarting it cancels the glitch. I guess Zuggling takes advantage of something akin to internet cookies in the game's code (I know there's a term for it, I know what it is, I just can't remember the name of it).
I have been counting the tries and idk how many failed swords are in a pile and I keep doing the duplicate and fused master sword glitch that always goes wrong
Can u add a bone attachment to make it work with bone set ?
I feel like a fuse material from a king gleeok should have had the three elements, not just every element separately
Can you also fuse a light dragon horn as well as the others?
@Chuck I did this but when I drop the claymore and pickup the MNF/Master Sword, it loses the extra damage. Any secret to keeping it at that state?
Now combine it with a light dragon part and the molduga hammer, lets see how much of a boss shredder it is
when i want add the 4th and 5th option/elemental.
whats the order i should drop the Master swords that i possess now?
for example i have these following;
MS1) Fire + Water
MS2) Fire + Lightning
MS3) Fire + Lightning + Water
If i wanna add molduga jaw MS (MS4) into the mix, how should my order of dropping be?
@@Deviroth doesn't matter, here are the only things to watch out for:
Things that have an ability that requires you to hit the enemy (such as light dragon parts) must be last or they don't provide healing, same goes for adding a shield, if it isn't part of the master sword you hold at the end, you can't block with it. Other than that the order doesn't matter.

Drop #2) Drop MS1 > Equip MS2
Drop #3) Drop MS2 > Equip MS4
and Done?

Everything worked fine up until I fixed the gleeok horn and dropped the weapon the weapon dropped but so did 6 master swords
So can you keep multiple MsgNotFound in your inventory? I like the elements separated.
I somehow messed up and did it correct because i ended up with an extra msgnotfound plus a master sword with elemental on it and i didnt have to bring up quick menu, so now i have 2 msgnotfound swords lol
if you fuse a 1 element master sword to a royal claymore molduga master sword. will link be able to sheathe his sword?
I really like this glitch because it makes the master sword feel like the legendary weapon it's supposed to be. I do have one question now since you have things that are fused with it will those break and do you have to replace them eventually because I know for some fusions the item will break but the weapon won't break
Fusing the glitched Master Sword with something makes that something unbreakable as well, because you're not _actually_ fusing it to the glitched Master Sword. You're fusing it to another weapon you're making Link hold at the same time, thus due to how the game works you're giving the Master Sword an identical effect. The Master Sword doesn't actually have the fused item fused to it, so attacking with it doesn't eat up that fused item's durability. There are probably a dozen better ways to explain this, but am I making sense?
Yeah watching the game play he can not sheath sword either . I can get all three elements on sword and leave shrine with it but if i drop weapon, or save, or do anything it breaks into three swords. Shame nobody has figured out how to make this permanent.
So much work for a temporary buff. Wished this could be a permanent weapon effect.

This glitch was fun until I found out the master sword is stuck to my hand it was too late to load the save before I did the glitch because it was lost and I don’t know how to reverse it and I idk if you can (help)
Is it possible to add bone weapon to this on top of elements?
I made a msgnotfound fused with fire and thunder horns, and when I reloaded into the shrine, al my weapons had thunder powers, and there was a master sword permanently stuck in my hand. I also had another sword called “Master Sword” that I couldn’t drop.
Tldr: Don’t reload midway through doing this!
Same for me. I was able to drop the sword from my inventory and start again.

If you rest at an inn/stable does it remove the glitch? Or is that campfire specific?
I did it but I did something wrong because when I was making the first elemental Master Sword, it spawned 4 Master Swords instead of 1 when I dropped the fused weapon. I decided to keep going with it though and ended up creating the tri elemental sword, however I am now permanently smuggling it lol
