I feel like if I start playing LoL, I'm gonna enter an endless pit of never being able to stop playing.
From Thumb I thought it was Lee-sin, because I knew the character a little and at first I thought it was Sett, but no, it was Samira, and it became even more incredible. Toji fushiguro does more damage, for sure 💀
I think if I were to play Itadori, the best would be Sett I imagine.

It's a cool concept, Sukuna is in his body and takes over, but currently Sukuna isn't even trapped in Itadori's body anymore so it wouldn't make as much sense even if Kayn didn't use the scythe

Sukuna as Warwick would be legendary or Yuji as lee sin Q divergent fist W cursed energy aura E basic lee sin E R Black flash
Yuji as warwick would make more sense.
Q=basic Yuji Grable skill
W= Yuji rage amp starts srpinting at hus opponents to give them the left right good night.
E=Yuji superhuman durability
R=the legendary 5 black flash combo.

toji uses multiple weapons, so does samira, her weapons fit perfectly for tojis. Vanquisher = Soul Splitter Katana, Blaze and Thorn being Tojis guns. And her W is like the chain of a thousand miles, as it spins around them both.
